Letter 55

November 7, 1936

Dear Grown-Up Jesus,

I love You very much. I will make many sacrifices so that You feel less pain after the straw was sticking all over on You. Dear Jesus, make me find a good confessor and make me find him soon, because I want to go to Confession.

Dear Jesus! Bless my parents and make them be well. Help my sister, Grandma, Caterina, and that person that You know. Dear Jesus, today I was at Mass and was very happy and good because it was Your house.

Dear Jesus, make me die before I can commit an ugly mortal sin, so at least I would be able to come into Paradise in the gloria of the Saints and angels.

Dear Jesus, I give You my heart so that You make it good and holy.

Dear Jesus, I desire this Christmas very much, and I hope that it would come soon because I want to receive You in First Communion.

Caro Gesù Grande

Ti voglio molto bene, e io farò molti sacrifici perché Tu sentissi meno dolore quando Tu stavi sulla paglia che Ti pungeva tutto. Caro Gesù fammi trovare un buon confessore e fammelo trovare presto perché io mi voglio confessare.

Caro Gesù!... benedici i miei genitori e fa stare bene papà e anche mamma aiuta la mia sorellina, e anche quella persona che Tu sai e anche nonna e Caterina. Caro Gesù oggi sono stata a Messa e sono stata molto contenta e buona perché era la casa Tua.

Caro Gesù, fammi morire prima che possa commettere un brutto peccato mortale, almeno potrò venire in paradiso nella gloria dei Santi e degli angeli.

Caro Gesù Ti regalo il mio cuore perché Tu lo faccia buono e Santo.

Caro Gesù io lo desidero molto questo Natale e spero che venga presto perché Ti voglio ricevere nella Prima Comunione.
