Third Person POV

In the tower before Daya got shot...

"We gotta go. Now."

"Jarvis, get Mk 43 up and running," Tony ordered.

"On it Sir," Jarvis replied. "Oh, and I got an alarm in the cell block... It appears that Kane was released and escorted by agents out of the tower..." He continued, and everyone seemed to groan at the news.

Since the small army that attacked the lab were thrown aside by Thor, there was no need for any supervision... Let's just say they weren't moving anytime soon... The others, all except for Tony, Thor and Bruce, rushed for the hangar elevator. If the team had any chance of getting to Daya in time, it would have to be by Quinjet. Thor walked over to the now broken windows (some windows were shattered from the brawl) and stepped onto the edge of the frame.

"I pray we may get to them in time," He stated rather grimly at the two geniuses before taking off to the fight.

"So... Who's gonna hold down the fort here again?" Bruce asked Tony as he nervously rubbed his hands.

The others were already loading up into the elevator when he popped the question, and as the doors slowly closed, Jake caught a glimpse of panic on Tony's face. He didn't believe the genius' façade for one second. Although they could all use as much hope as possible... Real or fake.

Tony forgot all about the towers well-being until he just mentioned it, but he figured that while they're out, he might as well activate the "Drawbridge" protocol... Even though it wasn't complete, he stepped over to the computer and activated it before turning back to Bruce.

"Well, Patchy disappeared without saying goodbye and I have no idea if he left us a super secret defense program like what I have..." Tony said in a dry, but somewhat funny, descending tone. Bruce didn't quite follow along to what he was saying so he just continued. "The Legionnaire," The moment he said that, the iron legion was deployed and surrounding the exterior of the building, as well as some on the inside. "Tower's on lockdown... Both the elevators and stairs are on L.D. Most of the staff has been, er, kicked out... Besides high-level personnel, which includes Dr. Cho and her gang... The rest that are above the 70th floor are probably trapped behind a six inch carbon fiber door or window I designed into their offices, but otherwise, they're fine... The tower is being evacuated... It's fine..." He said with such a calm demeanor that it slightly unnerved Bruce.

"You, are telling me, that you trapped a bunch of panicking people in a building, that is under attack by an international terrorist organization, which has been around since world war two, and you're calling that fine?" He listed carefully then ended with panic and disbelief evident in his tone.

"Mk 43 ready for deployment," Jarvis announced.

Tony began to walk over to his suit that Jarvis unlocked from its case after Bruce passed his comment. He glanced over his shoulder as he neared the suit and flashed him a smirk... His usual cocky attitude smirk that could only be described as "Tony".

"When you put it like that it makes me feel bad... And BTW, I also included a snack dispenser of chocolate and gummy worms to help ease their panic ridden state," He said as he spun around and walked backwards into the now unlocked suit.

"How are gummy worms and- forget I asked," Bruce said exasperated before Tony quirked a brow and let his face mask snap shut.

Bruce watched anxiously as he stepped out of the case and started walking toward the huge broken windows overlooking the city. The glass cracking beneath his heavy metal boots resonated through the empty room until he stopped.
