After having a special lunch rolled out by the fine billionaire himself, I actually ate everything on my plate. It took me a while to eat and get used to the full feeling in my stomach, but I managed the feat and the others noticed. I couldn't avoid the stares from Jake and the guys while I ate though.
We were all now heading out for the special private tour Tony booked. Our back packs were packed with snacks and necessities to explore the section of the park on foot. The cars were also loaded with emergency kits, AKA our gear if something unexpected happens that I hoped wouldn't be needed.
Although we carried around our gear as a precaution, I couldn't wait to get out there and see the canyon with my own two eyes.
On a fashion note for our adventure, I wore a blue romper with a pair of hiking boots, sunglasses, and a large sunhat. Rompers seem to be the only thing I wear lately but oh well. Wanda wore a pretty floral shirt with short jeans that made it mid thigh, and sneakers. Nat wore a halter neck red shirt with black linen shorts and black sneakers. And Pepper wore a white top with blue linen shorts, similar to Nat's, and hiking boots. They were also sporting sunhats and sunglasses to protect them against the brutal sun.
On the other hand, all the guys wore knee length cargo shorts with normal plain colored shirts. All except Tony who wore an AC/DC graphic tee. Steve wore white and Navy blue, Sam wore green, Jake wore grey, Rhodey wore blue, Clint wore a faded purple, Happy was oddly in a graphic tee reading "its vacay time" with a sunbathing avocado, and Vision wore maroon red. They were also outfitted with hats and shades.
Us ladies were dressed so fashionable in comparison to the guys, but they still looked decent.
We were all back in the cars on the road again. The car had been quiet for a solid five minutes until Wanda broke the silence.
"Steve?" She asked to get his attention and he hummed in reply like a dad paying attention to the road. "Do you know what Tony booked us? Or should I ask if what he booked us is something normal. . ."
Steve furrowed his brows at her questions, as well as the rest of us, and he was about to answer but Sam bud in.
"Yeah, what did Tony actually book us?"
Jake and I shared looks then casted our expectant gaze on Steve, the car silent to hear an answer from him.
"He said it was a private tour. . . I guess we might walk along the canyon and enjoy nature much closer than other tourists," Steve answered with a shrug and glanced at us all in the back.
We shared looks and shrugged, dropping the thought. Maybe it really was a normal tour. We all hoped it was at least.
