Sa wakas ay natapos na rin ang concreting ng 56-storey building na project ni Rhian. Pero matatagalan pa siya sa site dahil sa finishing at interior ng building. The four-set elevator units had been installed. The flooring up to the 35th floor had been completed. All electrical, electronic and fire-hydrant systems are ready for testing. The heater, airconditioning system, humidifier and dehumidifier are still to be installed. The building is to be surrounded by blue-green insulating glass walls. Ang concept kasi base sa design ni Rhian ay magkaroon ng efficient energy saving ang buong building. Aside from the efficient lighting, they can also reduce transfer of heat from the building during winter.

It's April 1 and for Rhian, this is the friendliest season for construction workers. The temperature was at 20 degC. She was at temporary canteen with her Personal Assistant and some contractors' engineers for a lunch break. Mas maaga silang mag-break dahil hindi kayang i-accommodate ng maliit na space ang mga tao kung sabay sabay sila.
Maya-maya ay narinig niyang may naghahanap sa kanya.
"Delivery for Miss Howell!"
Lumabas siya. Nakita niya ang isang delivery man na may hawak ng bouquet of roses. Lumapit siya rito para pirmahan ang waybill. Pagkatapos ay nakangiti niyang kinuha ang bulaklak. Alam na niya kung kanino galing ito... this is the third bouquet she received from her since she left for Dubai. It came from her beloved across the oceans.
The bouquet consisted of three different colours of roses - red, white and pink. No artificial colouring. May maliit na card kasama nito. Binasa niya ang message.

Ganoon lang kasimple ang message pero kinikilig siya. Sobrang sweet talaga ng girlfriend niya. Tiningnan niya ang oras sa kanyang wrist watch. It's 11:30 AM. Baka natutulog na ito ngayon dahil 11:30 PM na doon. Hindi sila nagkausap kanina dahil maaga siyang umalis. May 8:00 AM meeting kasi siya sa contractor ng glass walls at sa supplier nito.
Nag-message na lang siya kay Glaiza.

"Hi love! Gabi na dyan, bakit hindi ka pa natutulog?" Tanong niya sa girlfriend.
"I'm studying a prospectus given by an aviation school here in Dubai, love" sagot nito sa kanya.
"Are you planning to study again love?"
"It's only a diploma course love. I just want to enhance my knowledge in aircraft management".
