"And what about miss lady over there? Who is she to you?" I smiled.
"Just a friend."
"Oh really?"
"Yeah."
"She seems interested in you."
"No, actually. She helps me cope with you being away and stuff. So there's no way she could have feelings for me." I eyed him before shrugging.

He got his drink and left. I soon found myself alone again. It was nice to have someone to talk to again. It felt a little cold when he left. But I was ready to leave anyway. I walked around to find Jun when my eyes landed on someone..

"She didn't buy it. She thinks you're interested in me." I sighed. Mira's face contorted.
"Ew! What?"
"I know! But she also confirmed my fears.. He's perusing her." I couldn't look up from the floor. I felt so low. I might as well had been the dancefloor with people walking and dancing all over me.
"Hoseok, don't exaggerate. Women lie."
"But it wasn't a lie. Not this time. I know it."
"Hoseok.. You need a plan B."
"Whoah whoah. Nobody's pregnant Mir."
"Don't be silly. You know what I meant." I sighed.
"So.. What's the plan?" I looked up at her as I noticed Leona walking over this way. As soon as Mira noticed, she did the unthinkable..

My heart shattered. There way no way my eyes were deceiving me. And this was, by no means, a dream. I know what I wished for. But I never imagined that it would hurt so bad.

Once I found Jun, I told him I was going home.
"What? Why?"
"Are you coming?"
"What's wrong?"
"Nothing. Just tell me if you're coming or taking a taxi. And I need to know now."

I didn't think that she'd be capable of driving by herself tonight, so I went with her. She was so angry that she almost left her coat in his closet. She left as soon as she saw Jung Hoseok being dragged up the stairs and almost left me.

"Leona. Please get our the car and get in on the passenger's side." Reluctantly, she went and didn't say a word to me for the rest of the night.

I cried.

I cried and I cried all night until I couldn't breathe or feel my head pounding anymore. I cried because I knew. I knew I wasn't over him but still. I was moreso hurt by the fact that he, too, lied to me. I just couldn't believe that he..

In the morning, I couldn't even lift my head because of how badly it hurt. Jun brought me some soup and breakfast, which I gladly ate.

"You doing okay, Princess?" I held up my thumb. "You sure?"
"Yeah. Just not feeling too well."
"Do you need anything?" I began to think.
"Jun? How long are you staying?"
"As long as you are."
"No seriously. How long?"
"I was thinking maybe until May or April. Until the snow goes away." I nodded.
"Okay. You should get out now. I don't want you to get sick."
"Awww. But who's gonna take care of you, lovely butterfly?" He cooed as he caressed my cheek. I smiled.
"Did you bring tissues?" He held up one finger before running out and coming back with a roll of toilet paper.
"Yes. I did."
"Thanks. I'll be fine by tomorrow."

"Jun, can you go answer the door, please?" He nodded. "Thank you."

I knew she wasn't sick. Just stuffed up from crying. She's good for doing that. All I wanted to do was nurse her back to health and comfort her. I don't care if I don't see the sights.. kinda.. If I don't see it with her, it won't feel the same.

I opened the door and Hoseok was standing there. His eyes were wide with surprise.
"Hey.. Jun?"
"Yes? Hoseok, was it?"
"Yeah.. I just came to check on Leona."
"She's fine. A little drowsy and sick, but she's fine." I couldn't figure out why he was here. I mean, I knew why he was here, but why? "Is that all?"
"Um. Yeah. That's it." I nodded.
"I'll tell her you stopped by." I began to close the door.
"Thanks. Hey. Um, Jun?" I stopped.
"Yes?"
"You're not staying here, are you?"
"I am."
"Did she give you a key?"
"No, not yet."
"Here. This is the one she gave me to look after her house before she left to study abroad."
"Well thanks. I'll tell her that you gave it back."
"No problem. Oh, uh.. How long are you staying?"
"Not long.. Why?" He seems too inquisitive about me.
"I just wanted to know. Alright. See you later. Thanks for coming last night."
"No problem. That party was great!"
"Thanks, I try." He said before getting in his car and leaving.

"Who was that?"
"Hoseok. Came back to give you this." I held up the key.
"Oh great. Now you can use it and I won't have to buy another one."
"Yeah.. Well, listen. You take a nice hot bath and I'll make you some tea."
"Thanks Jun."
"I ran the water for you just before you woke up." She smiled in a way that let me know that I was invading her womanhood.
"I could've ran it myself."
"I know. But you didn't. So deal with it." I bopped her on the nose before leaving the room. "And hurry up! I wanna get some things done tomorrow or today!"

As I soaked there in the tub, I allowed myself to relax as I listened in on the music that Jun was playing downstairs.

I had to laugh. He claims what he's not and is such a sweetheart. I love that about him. I soon had to get out once I felt the water getting cold and realised that I didn't bring my clothes in the bathroom with me. Groaning, I wrapped the towel around me and went to my room after screaming, "Jun! I forgot my clothes! Don't look!". Once I retrieved my clothes, I went back to the bathroom. Almost unbothered.

"Oops." He said while moving his eyebrows. I laughed and hit him.
"Ew! Move! You pervert!"

Once dressed, I took some headache medicine and went downstairs.

"There you go." He said as he handed me my jasmine tea.
"Thank you." I said as I took a sip. "So. Where do you wanna go today?" He thought about it before saying,
"I want to go beat you in a game. Just like when we were roommates."

Yes. I was and still am a huge tomboy. We had a room together back then, which is why I'm so laid back with him. I was very leary at first, but then he grew on me.
