OH MY GOSH! What do i say?  I pondered in thoughts. He's gonna kill me then slice me when he finds out. Gosh, he might know i'm hiding something. Keep it cool, Sharon.

"I called you severally last night but you didn't pick any of my calls. For God's sake, what the hell is he doing with you, huh?"

Aaron just looked away like he never heard what he said. Being with a guy like him, you have to tolerate his habit.

"Sorry, Stephen. I was at home last night. What time did you come? Maybe that was the time i left to see a friend."

"Very good. I just caught you in the act. You were never around because i was at your door step a...ll ni..ght long. Allison wasn't around too. So tell me, you were with him right?" Stephen asks.

"Stephen, i can explain. It's definitely not what you think."

"I'm thinking nothing. C'mon, Sharon i was just pulling your legs. I know you kinda went to your friends place and met Aaron at the door step. Isn't it? Believe me, i understand," He lied.

"I don't want to ruin this moment," He hugs me.

This feels so... awkward. This is not the Stephen i know. Did he read the bible or what?

"Happy birthday Sharon."

 "What? Today is my birthday?" I exclaimed. I swear, i can't believe this.

"Yes, it is. I know you would have forgotten."

"Oh my! I can't believe this. I didn't make any plans. My dress, my hair, new shoes, my friends, everything."

"It's okay. It's all settled."

"Hey, Sharon you know i would have told you the words but i'm just hearing it now, so, Happy birthday,"

Stephen rolled his eyes.

Stephen's pov

Just get the fuck out of here because i'm losing my patience. What is he trying to feel like. Besides, I'm the first and the first always wins.

Stephen flinched but i gave him a look saying, 'not to worry'

I switched on my phone and saw a lot of Happy birthday messages from my friends, Bella, Helen,jane, so on. And also My mom, Carly, Matt and Dad. I was really happy.

"I know there's a surprised party but you spoiled it just to be the first. What am i going to wear?"

"Yeah,yeah,yeah. They are on your bed,"

"Aaron, won't you leave my girlfriend and i alone, together?"
