Scenario 1 You had gone to an amusement park, this amusement park didn't tolerate smoking, at all. You saw Michel walking around through the park, smiling and enjoying himself... That is before he doubled over and started coughing. He reached into a pocket and pulled out a cigarette and started smoking it. A woman saw this and instantly snatched the cigarette away from him, causing him to go back into his coughing fit. She alerted one of the park attendants who told her to give the cigarette back and that it was a matter of life and death. The woman looked very angry and demanded that she see the park manager and that Michel be forced to leave the park. The manager happened to walk by and took the cigarette and gave it back to Michel, who took it happily and started smoking it again. The woman and a few of the other guests were outraged yelling at the manager for allowing this. What do you do?
