This chapter briefly mentions of alcohol and (underage) drinking. Nothing bad happens as a result. If you are uncomfortable or don't like reading about it you can skip over where the *** starts and stops.

Jimin was never one to give into peer pressure.
Jungkook, on the other hand, could easily be swayed into doing anything.
~
Jeon Jungkook hated being called a goody-two-shoes more than everything under the sun. He hated it more than the algebra 2 class he was being forced to take for two semesters that was sure as hell was going to fail.
He absolutely hated it.
It's not that jungkook actually was a goody-two-shoes. I mean, he had just about as much rebellion in him as the rest of his teenage friends did.
Well, except Jimin, who was named the king of being a goody-goody.
Though Jimin didn't despise it as much as the younger did, taking pride in the fact that he was able to have fun and live life and be popular without doing dumb shit like his friends did.
It never bothered Jimin, so nobody ever called him that.
Though maybe that was why everyone called Jungkook one. Because unlike Jimin, he had made it very very clear he hated it with a growing passion.
Or maybe it was the fact that he was exactly one year younger than the second youngest person their friend group -his parents insisting they enroll him in kindergarten a year earlier than the other kids- that he was constantly having to prove that he in fact, was not a good boy.
Those three little words had so much if an effect on him, they pushed him into convincing the blonde (black haired at the time) boy next to him into stealing a single golden instrument that sat peacefully on a bookshelf, just to prove that Jeon Jungkook and Park Jimin,
Definitely were not.
-
Well, that part was a lie. It wasn't just Taehyung, Hoseok and Jungkook's odd obsession with being bad boys that had influenced it all.
There was actually more, one being the weather, which in Jimin's opinion always had an effect on everything.
If the scorching 101°F weather that beamed down onto them on the hot summer morning wouldn't have been there, the group of four boys wouldn't have tried to find at least a couple minutes of shade in one of the most popular bookstores in their area.
And then it was Taehyung's love for the silly captivating object he mistakenly came across in one of the isles, as the boys actually took an interest in the shop once they entered it.
They had decided to look around, appreciative of the small store that it gave them at least some sort of relief.
They would be there for a while, so why not check it out?
And then it was Hoseok's love for the crazy brunette next to him that he joined in with Taehyung into convincing Jungkook to steal it, which wouldn't be very hard in their opinion.
Now Jimin being the good boy he was, couldn't have done it without the little sprinkle of blackmail and "you promised" that Jungkook shoved onto him.
