CHERYL's POINT OF VIEW
"Well, your Dad and I wanted you guys to come down here so that we can talk about the other night. I'll start off with saying this- Daddy and I aren't perfect. Nobody is perfect. We sometimes have disagreements and that's okay because him and I are prone to forgive and continue loving each other. A disagreement is miner to us and everything is just fine between us." I assured Ciyle and Cai as they were sitting on the couch. Tony and I stood in front of them to have their full attention.
"Why were you crying then if everything is okay?" Cai asked me.
"I was just a little hurt that we had to talk about that specific thing but you know me...I'm sensitive." I told her.
"Your Mother and I love each other so, so much. We just didn't want you guys to be wondering and feeling as if we didn't love each other.... because we do. A lot." He said to the both of them.
"We know. Disagreements always happen- it's okay." Ciyle said as he smiled at the both.
"Can I go back up to my room now?" Cai asked us as she had a blank face.
"Sure. Are you gonn-...." Tony said but she was already on her way out by now. She was still upset with him.
I looked at Tony. He thought that I was playing when I told him that she was gonna despise him because of what he did to her. That's what he got out of his lesson that he wanted to teach her.
"Well, since you're sister isn't down. What do you wanna do, son?" Tony asked him.
"Can I just go over grandma's house?" he asked. Tony looked at me. I shrugged my shoulders. "It's boring at home and it's actually fun over there." Ciyle added.
"You only say that because you're the baby and grandma gives you whatever it is that you want. Especially when it comes to food." I said as I slightly laughed.
"See, Ma. You know this all too well." Ciyle told me. I smiled at him.
"I'll take him, Tony. Get your stuff ready, baby." I said.
Ciyle ran upstairs to get his stuff ready.
"I-....kinda wanted us to have a family night..." Tony told me.
"We can tomorrow. You...might wanna talk to your daughter." I told him as I raised my eyebrows up at him.
"She doesn't want to talk to me, Cheryl." He said as he sat down on the couch. I looked down at him and shook my head.
"Who's fault is that?" I said as I then walked away.
AT CHERYL's MOM's HOUSE
"You two are gonna have fun, huh?" I asked Ciyle as we walked towards Ma's front door.
"We always do, Mom." He said as he then started to run towards the door. He opened it.
Once I walked in- I saw Ciyle run to give Ma a hug.
"Ma, why is your door already unlocked?" I asked her as I sat Ciyle's things down.
"I knew you two were coming. You did call me while you were in the car, right?" She said sarcastically.
"Yes, Ma." I said as I tried to hold back a laugh. Her sarcastic tone was always funny to me.
"Why didn't Cai come? She used to always wanna come over to my house." Ma asked me as she then gave me a hug and a kiss on the cheek.
"You know how teenagers are, Mommy. She just wants to be in her room, with the door closed and doing whatever. Probably on her phone or asleep because she isn't in that much of a good mood." I told her.
