CHERYL's POINT OF VIEW
At the hospital;

"Cai! What were you thinking!" I yelled at her as she sat there crying. I was a nervous reck.

They had just finished wrapping and stitching her arm up. They had already stopped the bleeding before I even came- which was good because I don't think that I could handle seeing that.

She just sat there shaking her head and shrugging her shoulders while she sat on the edge of the hospital bed.

"Cai....this is-...." Tony said as he turned away from her and started to get even more upset. "You could have died. Do you know that?" He asked her as he turned around to look at her again. "You passed out during rehearsals in the dressing room because of all of the blood you lost. What's going on in your damn mind? THIS is not like YOU!" Tony yelled at her.

"Okay, Okay- Tony, look...yelling isn't helping. Maybe we should just talk in a calm manner. All it's doing is making her cry even more." I told him as I lightly shook my head and looked away from him.

"Cheryl! LOOK AT HER. LOOK AT HER ARM. Did you see how deep and how big the cut was? The doctor said that if her friend, Megan, didn't catch her in time, she would have been dead. DEAD, Cheryl. This isn't a damn calm situation. I'm trying to figure out why my daughter is over here cutting herself and then, when I ask her- she doesn't tell me. So, yeah- I'm pissed. I can't help BUT to yell." He rushes to tell me.

I then walked over towards Cai and helped her lay down in bed.

"Now, you're treating her like a little child." Tony hissed as he shook his head and roughly sat down in a nearby chair.

"Tony....shut up. Now come on, Cai." I said as I climbed in bed with her and just held her. She laid her head on my chest and just cried. "I told you that I would make it right." I softly said to her. "Why would you do this, baby girl?" I asked her as I too started to cry.

"It wasn't just because of you...it was also because of something else." She said as she looked up at me.

"Well, what was it?" I asked out of curiosity.

"Darleen turned on me. The only reason she wanted me to cut myself was because her and her other friends wanted to see if I would actually do it. They called me dumb and a slut all day at school." She said as she wiped her face. "I'm not though. I'm not...I just wanted them to stop but she said the only way they would stop is if I cut myself in front of them but she kept telling me to go deeper." She told me.

I put my hand on my head and asked myself why would she let them her do this to her?

"Cai, this isn't good at all." Tony said as he sat down on the edge of the bed.

Before Cai could say anything else, Shemar walked in.

"Hey..." Shemar said as he walked in.

Cai gave him a death stare. "Get out. You're apart of the reason as to why I started doing this to myself in the first place." She told me.

"Cai...why wou-..." Tony said but Cai cut him off.

"I don't want him here, Daddy." She then said.
