Chapter 52

Zabdiel's P.O.V

I ran down the hallway of St John's hospital and pushed past so many doors, knowing that I had to see my Amal.

Without her, then there is no point of being here without her.

I came to a stop when a nurse was in front of me holding up her hand, telling me to stop.

Erick and Chris slowly paced themselves and came to a stop, they stood next to me.

"We are here for Amal de Jesus."I said as I looked at the nurse. "We need to see her."

"You are going have to wait here."The nurse said as she looked at me. "I have to find out information on her."

"But the lady at the reception told us to come here."Chris said as she looked at her. "She said she would be here."

"Yes, she's in the ward so are the people that were with her in the crash."The nurse said as she looked at us all. "But I can't just tell you, I need the doctor here and I need to know if you are on her files."

"I'm her husband, Zabdiel de Jesus and they are family. She's pregnant with twins and she's eight months."I said as i looked at her with a hopeful expression on my face. "We have a son together, his name is Cyrus de Jesus. She's my wife, I need to know."

"Like I said Mr De Jesus, you are going have to wait."The nurse repeated herself.

Erick looked at her. "Can you please tell us who the other three people were? They are most likely to be family as well."

Suddenly, she began to change and plastered a smile on her face as she saw the sight of Erick. "Yes, I can tell you that."She said with a nod. "Two men, one called Richard Camecho and the other called Joel Pimentel."

"No."Chris whispered to himself as he looked at the nurse. "No."

"Who is the other person then?"Erick asked as he looked at her with his eyes, charming his way with them.

"Her name is Hannah Baldwin."She replied with a nod. "She isn't looking so good."

Erick nodded. "Thank you, now can you tell us the state of the others too?"

"I haven't seen them just yet, I've only see Hannah because she's the worst one out of them all."The nurse answered as she let out a sigh. "She's in surgery right now."

Erick nodded. "Thank you again."

I looked at her. "Could you please get someone to come and tell us what's going on?"

The nurse nodded. "I will do right now." Then she left.

I looked at Erick and smiled at him. "Thank you so much."

"Don't worry."Erick replied with a grin on his face. "I told you all that I can charm whoever I want with these eyes."

I let out a soft chuckle. "Without those eyes, we wouldn't know who the others would be."

"Life changes pretty fast doesn't it?"Chris said as he sat down on the chairs provided.

I nodded as I sat down. "That's true, we were all getting ready for a party."

Erick's back leaned against the wall. "And now here we are, in a hospital waiting for news."

The nurse walked back in and looked at us. "Dr Andre and Dr Smith are going to be here in twenty mintues, just finishing up the surgery."

Erick smiled at her. "Thank you, what's your name?"

"Nurse Joan."She replied with a smile on her face.
