After sitting down to my usual Bible session at 9 o' clock in the evening, I scrolled through my Facebook news feed. How cool is my old school! So many events, competitions, and contests. I remember the time where I won my first medal in the Spelling Bee category of the Annual English Literature Week in our school. I represented my whole batch in 6th grade as I won the Spelling Bee competition. It was tough because I keep on hearing new pronunciations of the words I used to pronounce. My mom and dad were on the right side of the stage cheering "That's my daughter!". Oh gosh, I was so shy at that time.
My old school was the best school I ever had because I have been my very best since. I just miss how I used to win competitions for my batch there. Looking at Kyla's photos, I'm sure she was now taking my place. I opened my Messenger. "Congratulations Kyla!" I sent her.
I know God brought me here for some reason and I know it was for good. I miss my school but someday, maybe I have to go back. But for now, I have to finish this year and make sure to make my parents proud!
