I decided to go here in the library this break time. I have to know the mystery of all these things happening. Even not the whole story to understand because I know that I still have many lessons to learn but the simple answers to the simple questions or maybe not. I see them as simple questions but adults see them as complicated questions. But I know God can answer them all.
I kept on searching for a book about Christianity, religion, God, Jesus, gospel. Searching for answers is not my thing but I got curious and when I am curious I would stop at nothing to find what I am looking for.
As I search for resources, a girl handed me a bookmark. I saw her t-shirt printed Sharing Gospel To Students. Maybe it's a movement in clubs. Oh, yeah. Why don't I join clubs? I think they would create a good spiritual environment for me. But, I am just so shy.
The girl smiled and left with her fellow friends who gives bookmarks on students on the library. Good thing the librarian was glued to the her computer, sipping her cup of coffee once in a while. Just a moment, I noticed the library clock. Uh-oh. Gotta go!
I kept the bookmark in the front pocket of my backpack as I head towards class. So sad that I have not yet read a book. However, I found one good title, Mere Christianity. Maybe next time, I've got to read it.
This night, I read the bookmark. It was a verse.
"Seek ye first, the kingdom of God, and his righteousness; and all these things shall be added unto you." I read in my head.
I've heard this verse so many times in school, in church, even at home. There was even a song of this verse. I remember from choir, it goes like this.
Seek ye first the Kingdom of God
And His righteousness
And all these things shall be added unto you
Allelu Alleluia
Writing this, I feel like singing. Anyways, thanks God!
