I feel like Leo and Donnie would kind of have the same reaction. They didn't care at all. The past is the past and it should stay that way. Leo would be the one who rarely asks about your previous relationships. Not because he didn't care but because it was too private. Donnie would be a bit more interested it! Asking here and there how it was and why you're now in a relationship with him.
Raph would be taken a bit aback. Not because its strange to him - well maybe a little - but because you have so much experience. Even with girls! And then look at him. He never had a girlfriend before and was so scared to do something wrong. But after a while he'd get used to it and maybe even ask you about it.
Mikey would be sooooo excited. OHMYGOD. You've been with a girl? Like actually dating? How was it? Was it better than with a man? Was it awkward? Did you have fun? He would literally never shut up about this whole thing but you couldn't be mad at him.
