Mikey was the one first to fall in love with basically all the girls. He used to (and still does) watch a lot of TV. The girls on there were all so beautiful and smart and funny and he just couldn't help but love them. Raph was next. Mainly cause he sometimes joined Mikey and watched TV. He didn't like all the girls though: they needed to be mysterious and special. Leo and Donnie took a bit longer to actually notice girls. They've just both been in their own world (the dojo and the lab) for a long time and rarely went outside during daytime. Donnie blushes whenever he sees a beautiful girl while Leo just keeps it to himself. Which doesn't mean he isn't staring because he certainly is.
