Leo: Try to be as romantic as possible. Set up a few candles, a few lights here and there and maybe serve him his favorite tea. He would be surprised at first since it's always him doing romantic things so you'd hit two birds with one stone.
Raph: The cutest and most surprising way would be to ask him to knit you a sweater. A red one preferably. And when he asks you if you wanted something special (like initials or a saying on it for example) tell him it needs to be a very small one, one that fits a baby.
Donnie: This guy works a lot and is constantly in the lab. It's hard to get his attention, let alone tell him you're pregnant. You have to walk up to him, stop him in his movements and place his hands on your belly. That's the only way you would get his attention.
Mikey: We all know how much this guy loves pizza so the way to announce it should involve that as well. Make a pizza with toppings that say "I'm pregnant". It needs to be home made though cause otherwise he probably wouldn't read it and just devour in it.
