Leo: He'd try the gentle approach. He'd ask if you're okay and why you're not eating. Then he would tell you that he will help you no matter what.
Raph: This guy would totally start a fight with you. Not physical of course, but he would tell you how dangerous and bad everything is.
Donnie: Oh he'd bring out some statistics and diagrams to show how dangerous starving can be. He'd try to be as gentle as possible.
Mikey: This poor dude wouldn't understand it. Why are you doing this to yourself? He would talk to you, being his happy self, and see how he can help you.
