Leo: We all know how much he wants to please Splinter so whenever something goes wrong the boys tease him. Might be tripping with Splinter's tea, getting scolded for not cleaning / sharpening his weapons or in general being called out.
Raph: There was a time when they were younger and just practicing with their new weapons. Guess what Raph did: literally hit himself in the face with his sai. That's how he got his scar. The boys always tease him with his and then get hit as well.
Donnie: Oh for sure when one of his "big, new invention" - quote Donnie - blew up within seconds. He literally only turned it on and BOOM, gone. And that after he was so so excited to show it off.
Mikey: Aaaah yes the good old days where he wanted to show off a new move on his skateboard. Needless to say he failed miserably and ended up with a few wounds and bruises. He did fall down in a funny way though so the guys always mock him.
