Let's be honest: they smart and sneaky. They would totally find out what was going on with you, no matter how much you tried to hide it.
Leo: Once you felt a migraine coming he tried to calm you down and use some meditation tricks on you. He might even massage your neck to get rid of the tension which is sometimes causing your migraines.
Raph: He would try his best to comfort you. Headaches can be a son of a bitch and he knew that so he tried everything to get you to relax. He'd turn the lights off and get you some noise canceling headphones.
Donnie: This cutie would get an emergency kit ready. With medicine, cotton balls (in case you bleed and are not near his lab), peppermint oil for you temples. He just wanted to be prepared for the worst case scenario.
Mikey: Mikey would build you a little fort of blanket. Or maybe a tent like you used to do as a child. Just anything to make you relax. And when your nose bleed started he tried to fix you up as best as possible.
