I think they would all watch your videos whenever they have time. Mikey and Donnie might even help you with it (set-up, editing etc).
Leo: His girlfriend would probably do some guided meditation or yoga videos. Maybe even ASMR if she has the talent / voice for it.
Raph: Workout videos! Either a step-by-step program or something in nature like hiking, cycling, running.
Donnie: I can see his girlfriend totally being into science / robots and stuff. She might do some "how to build / repair" videos.
Mikey: Anything fun. Food challenges, cooking, make up. She has the same personality as him and would always have a good time.
