Leo: He immediately saw it. He always noticed little things about you in the first place: some new freckles, another nail polish, a hair cut. So when you took your glasses off it was a big change. Granted, you couldn't see him very well, but you knew he was there. He came closer to you, cupped your face and smiled. "So beautiful", he said, "with and without glasses. Although I prefer it if you can actually see me".
Raph: He wouldn't even notice it at first. He needed to give you a second look. Then he walked over to you and kissed you. He made a little joke like "oh who is this beautiful girl?" in order to lighten the mood. He would be so happy cause he can finally see your eyes up close. And he would kiss them. all. the. time. After a while he'd be completely used to it and wouldn't even see it anymore (for example if you stay the night).
