Few hours back :

Bhoomi walked out of her room to the centre of the living area, while Jai struggled to provide explanations to Som.

" Jai, I have decided something! "
Bhoomi spoke in an unusually cold tone.
" This relationship hardly has a base remaining. And therefore, today, I'm gonna end this forever. "

Som blurted out immediately...
" Bhoomi!!!! "

And was stopped by Bhoomi's gestures.

Jai, rather sat completely silent, staring at the floor.

Bhoomi continued,
" I don't care anymore if you have new women, or of what you really want ahead in life.
What I want is peace, and remaining tagged with you will never give me that. Hence.....  You might walk out of my life as soon as possible... "

Jai immediately stood up.
Som as well, quite perplexed. He made a try of mending,
" Bhoomi, please let Jai explain once, I guess... "

Bhoomi again broke him midway.
" I think I'm very understandable. I don't care of Jai Prakash Raichand's whereabouts anymore. And I must clear out as well, my decision doesn't base on any of the recent happenings alone, but of all the pain he's been giving me for quite a long time now. "

Without halting anymore, without speaking a word, Jai walked out of the house, leaving behind a confused Som and a more heartbroken, Bhoomi .....

A sleeping Humaira clung to Sonara's chest when she began walking down the road, with a bag that held her belongings.

How many times would her world shatter into pieces? 

She felt numb. She felt weak.. 

More than Sunil Chhetri's devil smile, Kanta's words rang through her ears...

Sonara was fired.
And as was ritual, the women worker's union did protest initially, headed by Kanta. She spoke with might and force, but nothing worked.

Sunil Chhetri finally declared that, any of the workers who supported Sonara could walk out of the door along with her.

Kanta had told Sonara earlier that, if the entire worker's union decided to stop working even for a day as a protest, Sunil Chhetri would be forced to give in to them.

But when time arrived, Sonara found no one taking a stand, after the evil supervisor warned a mass firing if someone did.

More so, when Sonara almost fell on Kanta's feet to do something for her, she initially said a few words to pacify, and then added,
" To be honest, when you have people like Jai Raichand in your life, working in factories doesn't look good on you.
You will now have a better reason to walk over to him......  "

Sonara's ears had burnt to ashes, not the words, but how they were spoken well displayed the intent they had.
Sonara realised for the first time, not only Raqesh Chhetri, but everyone in the chawl had a completely different notion of her aquiantance with Jai.

And hence she stood up again, and left the chawl with her head held high.

She had known to struggle, and she would struggle, but won't ever let anyone mess with her character, or with another human's as well, who had only been good and dependable to her. And only that much.

Sonara walked over to the bus stand.
She would have to go to Dhara road once again, to get back the hut she stayed in, if it was not transferred to someone else already. She dialed the number of the owner.
