Bhoomi waited near the entrance of  Orchid City Centre and checked her watch. It was eleven thirty already with no sign of Som anywhere. She dialed his number.

" Duffer! This is my first night out, and you aren't even visible! I hate myself for agreeing to your bullshit plans. "

A tap on her back.
" Tan taraa! Here I am!! " , Som grinned.

" So early, isn't it? " , Bhoomi made faces.

Som nodded sheepishly.

" Wow Som! Just a day back you were so worried about our crumbling friendship with Jai, and today you are so extremely energetic about a night out shunning him. " , she danced her brows with a naughty smile.

Bhoomi and Som began walking towards the food court. This particular mall stayed awake throughout the night. The crowd around did not even vibe...that time was heading towards midnight.

" Listen. I thought about it and now I know one thing. If we love someone, we should let them go. If they return, they love us too. If they don't, they never did. I'll now wait for Jai to return than tense myself. " , Som concluded.

" Smart! " , Bhoomi pulled a chair and settled. Som did too.
" Thank god Dad isn't home. Otherwise, my long time desire of a night out would remain untouched. "

" All thanks to me. " , Som nodded.

" By the way, did you even notice how comfortable you are with me, that you decided on something in my company you never even did with your ex boyfriend? " , he danced his eyebrows.

Bhoomi's phone began ringing.
" Shit man! If it's Dad and he gets to hear the music in the background, I'll be questioned big time. "

She freezed upon the name beaming on the screen.
Her eyes grew wide.

" Whaaat? Jai calling! "
She stared at Som.
An equally shocked Som.

" Answer him right now! He maybe needs you. " , he screamed.

Bhoomi pressed the answer button.

" Hello...

Yes, say Jai, how's you?....

Som... Ermm... I don't know why he's not answering your call but mostly his phone's silent....

We are at Orchid City Centre. Decided on a night out....

Ophho, where have you been? Did you even notice how you pushed us away? Stop blaming us! In fact we were just talking of your changing demeanor towards us!....

Bhoomi stared at Som whose face brightened up.

" Okay, make it to the food court of Orchid. Asap."

Bhoomi dropped the call and stared at Som.

" Jai doesn't seem good. Boy is in some turmoil we can't make out. "

" We will. Just let him come. " , Som banged on the table with his fist.

Jai sat before Bhoomi and Som, in the food lounge of Orchid City Centre, at 12:30 am, pressing his temple.

Bhoomi exchanged glances with Som time and again.

" Jai, whatever it is you can share with us. I mean, you know you can, that's why you're here right? " , Bhoomi spoke.
