What has Shadowhunters done for you?
For me;
Shadowhunters found me when I was alone. I didn't have many friends and my family was chaotic as usual. First, I found Shadowhunters. I watched all of the first two seasons and caught up with it in weeks. Then, anxiously and bubbly, I waited until March 20, 2017 with all of the other fans. Eventually, I found Wattpad and with it, a community of friends and a place to call home. Shadowhunters has been more for me than I could ever put into words. Seeing Jace, Clary, Izzy, Alec, Mangus (my queen), Simon, Maryse, Maia, Luke, Jocelyn, and all of the other characters gave me hope that the underdog, the odd man out, the minority, and the 'weirdos' had a chance for happiness if they just fight. It also helped me be more aware of gender discrimination. Now, I can proudly and confidently say I'd know where'd I'd stand if someone was being harassed for their gender. I'd be right there beside them.
