Like You Always Do

"I can't believe this, you seriously didn't think I would find out" y/n yells walking in the living room where shawn was sat with a few friends but she doesn't care, she's hurting.

"Woah babe, calm down" Shawn says confused to what's going on. All the boys look at her but she blatantly ignores them. "No I won't calm down!" She mimics him, now standing in front of him as he slouched in the sofa with a glass in his hands.

"Stop shouting y/n just tell me what's going on?" He says calmly grabbing her wrist pulling her down so she's sat on his lap. She huffs and stands up quickly "oh I'll tell you what's going on" she says with anger.

"You bastard, you cheated on me" she yells making Matt jump who's besides Shawn. Shawn shakes his head no running a hand through his hair. "I didn't cheat on you y/n" Shawn says calmly. He gets up placing his hands on her shoulders, she's so full of rage at the moment she smacks his right hand off her.

"Don't fucking touch me"

"Y/n please don't do this now, not again" he whispers the last part.

It's true she caught him cheating a while ago but she's so deeply in love he made her forget.
He did cheat on her though and she let it slide but not this time.

"Again? You cheated on me last time too Shawn but you talked your way out of it and made me feel special, you made me forget the bad thing you did like you always do" she yells but her voice got quieter as her throat burned.

Tears stream down her face, she doesn't even bother wiping them away. "Baby I didn't cheat and don't do this now, not in front of the boys" Shawn whispers to her as he engulfs her in a hug.

She pushes him back making some of the contents from inside his glass spill.
"Oh I'll tell the boys too what a pig you are" she spits hitting his chest, she hits it again and carries on but she's too weak from crying to even hurt Shawn.

Geoff quickly stands up and grabs her by the waist pulling her away from Shawn. She kicks her legs like a child but she stops, bursting out crying even more. She cries in to Geoff's shirt, hiccuping occasionally. Geoff holds the broken girl in his arms hushing her as he strokes her hair, Geoff looked over at Shawn and he just shrugs his shoulders.

Shawn's friends have never seen her cry like that or even have an ounce of sadness in her, she was always happy with Shawn.

She pulls back sniffling and moves the hair back that was sticking to her damp cheeks, Geoff lets her go and stands beside her waiting for her to calm down. "Here have some water" Shawn says handing her a glass.

Y/n looks at it, grabbing the glass and throwing it against the wall. "Wow y/n stop" Brian says getting up pulling her away from the broken glass. "Why? Why should I stop huh?" All the boys look at Shawn and he stands frozen not knowing what to do.

"That thing" she points to Shawn looking at him through her glossy eyes "he fucking promised me he wouldn't cheat on me again, yeah this is the second time I think, maybe there's more who knows? " she laughs sarcastically.

"You were all there in Brazil" she looks around at the men in the room and they all nod confused to where this was going. "Well I didn't come to Brazil because I was sick, I didn't leave my bed the whole time I barely ate but Shawn was with another girl!" She yells the last part.

"That's not right y/n he wasn't" Mike speaks up but she scoffs at him "but it is right, your friend slept with another girl, I've seen all the pictures" y/n says her crying now stopped.

"Pictures can show different things y/n" Shawn says stepping towards her but she backs up. "Don't come near me" she says.

"The girl reached out to me" y/n says making Shawn's eyes go wide. "That's bullshit cause there is no girl" Shawn slightly raises his voice "y/n you're being delusional, I didn't cheat you're making a scene for no reason" Shawn states trying to look her in the eyes but she avoids contact.

"Her name is Grace, black long hair, fair skin and she was pretty" she says calmly and all of a sudden alarm bells are ringing all the boys heads. "Grace huh? She was my friend we all met up with there" Mike says.

"Yeah fucking Grace! It happened the second and third night you guys were there" y/n says harshly. "Does that make sense or am I still being delusional?"

"Y/n I'm so sorry" Mike says, "why are you sorry?" Y/n asks.

"You're right, Shawn met up with Grace again, twice actually for 'dinner' and I thought it was just friendly I didn't realise he would-"

"Mike it's not your fault" y/n sighs and looks over at Shawn.

"Let me make it up to you" Shawn speaks up stepping closer to her but again she steps back "no, no making it up like you always do, you don't get to just kiss me and think it will go away".

"Baby please I'm sorry"

"Don't call me that. I'm leaving I'll be gone by tonight then you can do whatever or whoever you want" she spits walking out but Shawn grips her hand pulling her back. "Don't leave you're my everything" Shawn whispers.

She laughs sarcastically and pulls her hand back "I'm clearly not. Just don't fuck things up for your next girl like you always do" she spits walking out. She felt broken, the one man she loved completely broke her.

He stood frozen then looked around at his friends "Shawn why? She was the best thing to ever happen to you" Mike says patting his shoulder.

"I fucked up like I always do and now I've lost her"
