It was silent, a silence that was peaceful and calm. The dark night had set and the stars scattered over the sky. Y/n stood outside on the balcony, leaning against the black rail overlooking the streets of Paris.
She noticed the small details of the street, the detailed architecture, the washing lines going from window to another, the sweet smell of the bakery and the cream coloured buildings.
Shawn got out the shower, already dressed in his plaid pyjama pants and a plain white tee. He shakes his wet hair in the towel then drops it to the side. His heart skips a beat as his eyes capture y/n stood outside. Stood wearing a red silk dress
He makes his way outside feeling the warm wind against his skin. Without saying a word he wraps his strong arms around her waist making her jump. "You okay darling?" He nuzzles his head in the crook of her neck breathing in deeply. She moves her head to the side allowing him to rest there.
"Yeah" she breathes out simply. Closing her eyes as Shawn runs his large hands over her body and kisses her neck making his way up to her ear. "What's on your mind?"
Before answering she removes all her thoughts singling it down to one. "Paris is so beautiful" Her hand goes down to link with Shawn's, stopping him from feeling her body. She brings his hand up to her chest holding it close.
"Would you ever like to move here?" Shawn asks twirling her around, pressing her back against the railing. She nods her head biting her bottom lip down running a hand through his damp hair. "And why's that?"
Her eyes scan his face, she smiles meeting his eyes. "Because I love the culture, everyone is so nice and they all have this elegance to them"
"you have elegance" she giggles putting her hands on his shoulders. "Yeah but Paris has small bakery's on every street. If we moved here we could always get pastries and try something different every week" her mouth almost waters thinking of it.
"We?" Shawn asks raising an eyebrow. "Yes, we. As in me and you" she points between them.
"We could wake up every morning to this amazing view and sleep with the curtains open. Cuddling up whilst watching the stars." Her eyes twinkle as she explains her imagination to Shawn.
"We could dance on the balcony, I'd twirl you around and kiss you on the streets of Paris" Shawn says making her grin. "I'd hold your hand as we walk down to the bakery, then we'd eat whatever we wanted in peace." He sighs picturing the image in his head.
"And our kids could learn French" she giggles as Shawn's eyes widen. "Kids huh?"
"Yes children, not now of course but someday" Shawn nods at her caressing her cheek. "Do you know French?" Shawn asks her.
"A little bit"
"Tell me something" his eyes set on her lips as she bites her bottom lip down thinking of something to say.
"Okay ready?" She asks and he nods in response.
"ton âme est belle" the words leave her mouth like silk making Shawn's heart flutter. "What does it mean?" He asks her rubbing his thumb over her lips.
"It's means you have a beautiful soul" she whispers as she watches him get closer. "We'll move here, any time you like. Tell me and I'll do it for you" He says quickly as his heart races and his knees become weak.
"You wanna live here? And see the streets of Paris everyday? I'll make it happen, anything you want it's yours" he whispers moving closer so their foreheads touch.
"Well stay with me wherever we go, I don't care where" her voice quiet. "I'm not leaving love" he presses his lips to hers feeling her lips move against his.
