You Have My Heart

Shawn watched her, her hand tugging on the heavy suitcase getting it off the bed. She wheels it to the front door and Shawn follows.

"Will you grab me some water please?" He just stares in to her eyes, the eyes he'll always love.

"Fine then" she huffs walking past him grabbing a water bottle putting it in her bag.
She sees Shawn staring down at her suitcases, all he wanted to do was put them back and unpack her stuff.

"I know I'm leaving but you don't have to be a dick" y/n mumbles walking around him. His mind snaps and he looks up at her about to cry as he realise how much he'll miss her.

"I'm sorry" he steps forward wrapping his around her body. Her head nuzzling in to his chest taking in his scent. "I don't want you to go" He kisses the top of her head.

"I have to" she says letting a tear soak in to his hoodie. "You don't baby, I'll get you a job. I'll pay for the condo and anything you need. Please just don't leave" his voice filled with raw emotion.

"I don't want that" she steps back taking his large hands and lacing then with hers. "I'm going to go, I'm going to study and get a job and earn money of my own but as soon as I have I'm coming back for you Shawn" he leans up kissing his nose.

"I don't want to wait, I want to hold you every night and kiss you every morning" he holds the sides of her face with his hands rubbing his thumbs over her cheeks. "And you can, I promise I'll come back to you. I already told you, you Shawn Mendes have my heart. You've set my standards too high and you're the only one I see as perfect" she puts her head on his chest hearing his hear beat.

"Promise me, no matter what. You'll come back to me" he holds her close closing his eyes trying to stop himself from crying. "I promise baby, I love you" she looks up.

Shawn leans down pressing his lips to hers. A kiss so needed and filled with every ounce of love they had.

She pulls back letting a tear fall down her face freely. "Don't cry please" He kisses her forehead.

"I'm gonna miss you, I really am. And you need to call me every day I don't care what time it is I'll answer, text me good morning and night because I love when you do that and send me boomerangs on instagram because they're so cute. And promise to visit me and I'll do the same" her voice cracks making his heart melt at the cuteness of her voice.

"I promise I'll do that and more. You have to do the same for me, I want a picture sent to me everyday of you, even the sexy ones" he winks making her laugh.

"I love you" She kisses his lips. "I love you more baby girl" he kisses her lisp once more.

"I'm gonna go now" she whispers letting go off his hands but he takes her hand back kissing it. Then his lips attack her face smothering her in sweet kisses.

"Bye my love" he kisses her lips for much longer, leaving his lips to linger at hers. "Bye Shawn" she presses her lips to his not wanting to leave his.

She finally leans back down turning around to grab her suitcase. Shawn opens the door for kissing her head again. "You sure you don't want me to come down?" He asks.

"I'm sure, it'll be harder" she gulps. "Okay I'm gonna go now and you promised me all that and if your break your promise I swear to god Shawn I will tell your mother"

Shawn chuckles then kisses her cheek. "I won't break my promise, I love you too much".

She nods walking out the door. "I love you" she says wiping her face then she looks down not wanting to look back as she hears him sniffle.

Both hearts breaking but they had to come over this bump it was for the best.
