"Shawn!" Someone shouts over. He looks over and gives his friends a smile then rubs on his lovers hand. "Let's go meet my friends" he whispers in her ear over the loud music.

"No you go I'll stay here, right next to the bar. Where I'm comfortable" she giggles sipping her mojito. "Babe please" he kisses her cheek up to her ear.

"We can go home early and I'll do whatever you want" he smirk gripping her thigh. "I'm good, you go have fun" she winks at him turning back around.

"Wait what's the matter? You never turn down sex" Shawn whispers in her ear. She sighs turning to face him. "Shawn I'm completely fine, now go to your friends they're staring at us and I never turned down anything" she pulls him by his shirt kissing him sweetly.

Shawn nods then leaves her sitting beside one of his friends. "There you are, why won't your pretty girlfriend come over?" Brian asks.

"She's my girl, so watch yourself and she's fine where she is" Shawn says grabbing a beer bottle.

"Tell us about her" one of the girls squeals sitting down on the floor like it was story time.

"Well she's amazing" Shawn chuckles. "She's so pretty" one of the girls says and the rest agree.

"She is really pretty, she does this adorable thing where when she gets nervous or shy she stands behind and clutches my hand then she plays with my rings" Shawn gushes looking down at his rings.

"Oh she drives me crazy whenever she cleans too, she's kinda messy but when she cleans she does the whole place and doesn't stop" Shawn continues and his friends nudge each other signalling how whipped Shawn is.

"She makes the best coffee too, I've been like all around the world but she makes it the best. Awe and she has this thing where when she meets new people she'll keep a smile on her face and she gets very touchy with me, I guess it's her comfort thing" Shawn grins whilst shrugging.

"I wanna see this in action" one of the girls giggle and stands up. "Y/n come here!" She shouts.

"Oh no don't do that she'll get all nervous" Shawn shakes his head but then he sees his lover standing up. Her body looking amazing in her dark red slip dress. She walks over and smiles at everyone giving everyone a hello.

Shawn stands up and stands beside her. She takes his hand kinda stepping back then plays with his fingers. Brian awes loudly and she looks up confused seeing everyone staring at her and Shawn. "What is it?" She asks placing her other hand on Shawn's upper arm.

"I was telling them about you" Shawn grins looking down at her. He kisses her nose making her giggle and everyone awes at the couples cuteness.

Shawn leads her to the sofa and sits down. She sits close to him moving her legs so her thigh presses up against his and their hands stay laced in her lap.

"Shawn how does it feel being with the prettiest girl at the party?" Liam asks passing him a beer. "Prettiest girl in the world" Shawn corrects him. Y/n giggles then leans up to his ear.

"Stop being so cute" she tells him then takes his beer taking a sip herself. "What? I wanna show off my girl" he winks then pecks her lips taking his beer back.

"Shawn is head over heels for you" Brian says. "He won't stop talking about you, everywhere we go or whoever we meet he always finds a way to bring you up" Brian continues.

Y/n blushes looking around seeing all eyes on her an Shawn. "Leave me alone Bri" Shawn nudges him. "I'm proud of my girl and I'll say it everyone" Shawn shrugs.

"Ugh I wish my boyfriend was like that, he didn't even want to come here tonight" a blonde huffs. "You don't need a man to keep you happy" y/n tells her.

"But you have Shawn"

"I do and I was happy before him, we took a while to get together and now I'm just even happier" y/n says and Shawn squeezes her hand.

"I can't believe your mine" Shawn whispers in her ear then kisses her cheek. "Well I am, now can we go home I'm bored" she giggles.

Shawn nods standing up and y/n follows. "We're gonna head out now, it was nice seeing everyone" Shawn waves and so does y/n as they walk away.

"You know I heard you talking about me" y/n smirks holding on to Shawn's upper arm as they walk home under the orange tone street lights. "Then you know how happy I am that you're mine" Shawn chuckles then kisses her temple. "And I'll tell everyone, it took me so long to ask you to be mine and now that you are I won't ever stop showing my girl off."
