Best Believe It

"Shawn, stop it" Andrew shouts. Shawn drops his mic huffing.

"What is it?" He asks, a hint of anger in his voice. "You keep messing up, singing the wrong words, forgetting them, not playing on time!" Andrew tells him.

Shawn stands looking down at him from the stage. "Don't tell me it's because of that girl" Andrew sighs.

"It is, I can't fucking get her out of my head" Shawn groans taking off his guitar.

"Just go see her" mike says. "It's not that simple" Shawn puts his head in his hands.

"Why not? You like her and she likes you. Bam it's simple" Zubin joins in.

"I can't give her what she wants, I'm gonna be away all the time" he sighs.

"Shawn you said it yourself that you make time for the people you care about" mike pats his shoulder. "Did I say that?" Shawn looks up confused.

"You did, now go get her tiger" Zubin hits his arm. Shawn nods, he jumps of the stage grabbing his jacket and phone from the side running out the nearest exits.

He calls for taxi not bothering to pay attention at the girls who were staring at him. As soon as a taxi pulls up he gets in immediately giving the address that he remembered so easily.

"We're here Sir" the mans says. Shawn tips him a generous amount then runs up the flight of the stairs leading up to her apartment.

He waits a few seconds to catch his breath then knocks on the door.

"Coming!" She yells. She opens the door wearing just her shorts and a bralett not making anything easier for Shawn.

"Hi" she giggles pulling him by his hand in to her apartment she kicks the door shut then jumps in to Shawn's arms giggling.

Shawn holds her by her thighs pressing her against the wall. "Missed me?" She smirks.

"More than you know" he tells her honestly using his lips to suck on her skin.

"Go to the bedroom" she moans tugging his hair, a feeling they were both used to. "Wait no" he mumbles looking up at her. She raises her eyebrows looking at him confused.

"Oh" she opens her mouth. "You want me to make you feel good?" She smirks kissing down his jaw.

"No babe, no I mean erm yes but not right now" he stumbles over his words. "Did I do something wrong?" She asks as Shawn lets her down.

"Of course not, can we sit down?" He asks. She nods taking his hand leading him to the sofa. He sits down and she straddles his legs, it's was just something she did.

"Babe as much as I want you right now can we talk?" He says running his hands down her bare thighs.

"Yeah can we talk while I kiss you?" She giggles leaning closer to his neck kissing down on his skin. She was always like this so bubbly and giddy, always ready for a good time.

"I was thinking maybe we could spice it up ya know-"

"Could you just stop for a second" he says sternly. She nods looking up at him, the worry clear in her eyes.

"Wait no,don't be upset gorgeous" he uses his hand to move her hair away from her shoulder.

"What is it? Why won't you let me kiss you?" She asks rubbing her hands down his muscly shoulders. "I do want to kiss you" he chuckles.

"But I want to let you know that..." he clears his throat suddenly becoming heated. "I want us to be more" he says looking in to her simmering eyes.

"More?" She asks. "Like friends with benefits kinda thing?"

Shawn chuckles shaking his head. "Like you be mine" he joins their hands. A grin pulls on her lips then soon she wraps her arms around his neck burying his head in her chest as she hugs him tightly and kisses the top of his head.

"Really?" She asks sitting back down cupping his face in her hands. "So I'm yours now?" She asks Shawn with a smirk.

"You were mine before but now it's a hundred percent and now I'm yours" he pulls her down then kisses her sweet lips.

"Shawn, this is amazing. I thought I was gonna have to ask you if you didn't man up" she giggles.

"I am a man, well I'm your man" he smirks. She sticks her tongue out scrunching her nose up then Shawn licks her cheek.

"Ew gross" she wipes her cheek. "We've down worse" he reminds her making her smack his chest. "You know it's true baby" he grabs her thighs pulling her closer.

"Now what was this about spicing it up?" He smirks tilting his head to the side. "Let me show you" she winks standing up taking his hand.

"I can't believe your mine now" he says under his breath. "Best believe it because I'm yours forever now" she giggles kissing his knuckles.
