Perfect hair, nails done, Loubitons fresh out the box, white blouse tucked in to a black thigh high pencil skirt and of course her signature over priced hand bag.

She knocked on the door and waited patiently playing with her Cartier bracelets. The door clicks and opens revealing Shawn, a black shirt tucked in to his black pants that had a red stripe running down them and his signature boots.

"Y/n. What a nice surprise" he smirks leaning against the door. "Shawn, always nice to see you". She pushes past him walking in, Shawn shuts the door following her, his eye averting to her perfect body.

"Yes help yourself in" Shawn says his voice voice filled with sarcasm. "Not like I haven't been here before" y/n says making Shawn picture the memories.

"Anyway I'm here to talk about the merger" she sits down on his white couch pulling out a document from her bag placing it on the glass table. "Thought you didn't do business outside the firm" he sits down leaving a comfortable space between them.

"I don't but my client wants this done, effective immediately" she pulls out a pen placing it beside the paper. "Well my client hasn't agreed to anything yet" Shawn says walking away.

He comes back in holding his own documents placing them beside hers and his own pen from his firm. "Well you and your client know this deal will make their business shoot up by at least thirty percent" she states putting her papers over Shawn's.

"Listen, due to that one fact doesn't mean my client will agree" Shawn says moving her papers.

"There's more than just that Shawn. Your client is new, my client has been in the game for seven years and I've been doing this much longer than you. I think I know what's better" she says smartly pushing her hair back over her shoulder.

She moves closer to Shawn moving her hand bag to the table. She puts her hand on Shawn's shoulder playing with his collar. "Shawn you became a lawyer less than a year ago. Trust me when I say I have the better deal. You'll get a raise for agreeing and your client will be happy" she states smartly.

Shawn looks down at her raising an eyebrow. "So what? I still achieved a lot so don't get cocky and my client knows what they need, I'm sorry y/n but they're not signing the deal" he says placing a hand over hers which rests on her thigh.

Y/n sighs gently leaning her head on Shawn's shoulder. "Don't do this" he mumbles. "Do what?" She asks.

"You know what you're doing"

She looks up at him looking all innocent. "It's not like I haven't been close to you before do you remember back at Harvard"

Shawn nods "how can I forget?" He cocks his head to the side. Y/n gets up flicking her shoes off, tugging her skirt up then straddling Shawn placing both hands on his shoulders running them up and down his muscles.

"Sign it" she mumbles kissing his neck gently moving her hair behind her ear. Shawn tilts his head back letting her carry on. "Why would I do that?" He whispers running a hand through her hair.

"You know what's right Shawn" she says against his skin, now slightly rocking her hips. Her hands go to the back of his neck and she looks up kissing up his jaw. "I'll s-sign it" he hums.

"You will?" She asks kissing the side of his mouth, he nods and she finally kisses his lips gently.

After a few seconds she pulls back cupping his cheeks. "Sign it now" she says. With that Shawn lifts her off his waist placing her beside him. He grabs the pen signing the agreement and she watches carefully. "And there" she points and he signs.

"Let your client know, I'll be in touch" she stands up slipping her shoes on and pulling her skirt down. "Wait what are you doing?" He ask standing up grabbing her hips. She runs a hand through her hair straightening it out.

Y/n moves out of Shawn's grip grabbing the documents placing them in her bag. She moves around Shawn and walks towards the door her heels clicking against the floor.

"Wait wait" Shawn yells running towards her as she opens the door now standing outside. "What was that? Let's carry on" he grabs her wrist but she pulls back.

"This is why I'm a better lawyer Shawn. Don't get too attached that's why I always win my cases when I'm up against you and this" she points between them 'happened a few times that's all" she tells him with a look of victory on her face. "So that's it" He asks folding his arms over chest.

"Pleasure doing business with you Mr Mendes. You're too easy" she winks then walks away feeling empowered whilst Shawn stood defeated again. Letting her get the satisfaction of winning like she always does.
