Camping

"Are you being serious?" Y/n stops dead in her tracks letting Shawn walk forward. "What is something wrong?" He turns around facing her.

"Well you said this would be fun and well, we're in the middle of a forest" she states grabbing the straps of her backpack. "Exactly we're camping" Shawn smiles walking towards her grabbing her hand pulling her to walk but she remains still.

"Oh hell no!" She pulls back from Shawn crossing her arms over her chest. "Camping? With bugs, in the dark, sleeping in the cold on the floor?" She raises an eyebrow then turns around speed walking to Shawn's car but he grips her waist pulling her in to his chest.

"Will you just give it a go?" He ask hugging her from behind. "How about you give it a go and I'll come get you in the morning?" She says struggling to get out of his grip.

"Babe" he whines. "Just one chance and if you don't like it I promise next weekend we will do anything you like". Y/n turns around in his arms "absolutely anything?" She asks and Shawn nods.

"Well then let's go" she grabs his hands and he leads her to the camp site were all of his friends had already set up. "Yay Mike is here" she yells letting go of Shawn to hug him. "I'm here" Mike laughs letting go of her.

"Why didn't you tell me your friends will be here?" She ask Shawn. "They only decided to come this morning" Shawn shrugs.

"Shawn! We already set up yours and y/n's tent" Geoff yells pointing to the rather large black tent. "Let's go" Shawn tugs her hand pulling her to the tent.

Shawn unzips it the crouches down getting in on his knees and y/n follows. They take of their bags putting them to the side and Shawn watches y/n look around. "It's quite soft" she says poking a finger on to the ground. "Yeah I asked Ian to put a few blankets down" Shawn says.

"It's big too" she waves her arms around making Shawn laugh. She laughs along moving closer to him, both of them on their knees. Y/n leans on to his shoulder and Shawn kisses her head. "What do you think so far?" He asks making her look up.

"It's okay, I'm just scared for the night" she admits looking in to Shawn's eyes. "Well I'll be here" he winks then cups her cheeks kissing her lips softly. She smiles in to the kiss holding him by the back of his neck.

Shawn pushes her down gently hovering over her feeling her body through her coat, he kisses deeper making her moan louder than expected. Shawn pulls back kissing down her jaw sucking on her skin she moans again.

A laugh comes form outside making Shawn pull back and y/n sit up completely embarrassed. "Hey it isn't sound proof" Brian yells. "Yeah keep it down" Mike shouts.

Y/n giggles looking up at Shawn. "Your normally louder" Shawn winks making her hit his arm playfully. "Shut up" she rolls her eyes getting up unzipping the tent. "Come on" she calls getting up.

She follows Andrew to a small fire they lit up and Shawn sits beside her on the ground and they all begin talking around the warmth of the fire. Y/n leans her head against Shawn's shoulder as he hums a melody in to her ear.

"Shawn will you sing?" She asks looking up being very close to his face. "Of course darling, I got Zubin to bring a guitar hold on" he pecks her lips then gets up.

He walks back holding a guitar grabbing everyone's attention. "What should I sing my love?" He ask y/n strumming the strings. "Use somebody" she tells him making him grin.

"Oh come on Shawn always dedicates that song to you, do something else?" Mikey says making y/n glare at him. "Shut up Mike, he asked me" She sticks her tongue out making everyone laugh. "Are you jealous that he hasn't dedicated a song to you yet?" Y/n says pouting at Mike.

"Oh nah, you know that fallin all in you is about me, Shawn loves me" Mike says childishly making everyone laugh and Shawn shake his head.

"I'll do Use Somebody" he says and begins singing.

Everyone listens and watches in complete amazement. Especially y/n seeing Shawn sing with passion made her heart swell and right now with the moon lit up and warm orange of the fire seeming the mood just right.

Shawn finishes then winks at y/n. Everyone claps and cheers making Shawn chuckle as he puts his guitar down. "That was perfect" she tells him making him smile. "Thank you, now should we try to sleep?" He asks. They both get up bidding everyone goodnight.

They get changed laughing along the way as they would accidentally hit each other whilst changing.

They finally get inside their sleeping bag and Y/n cuddles in to Shawn's chest and he wraps an arm around her. Just as she's about to float of to sleep she hears a snap making her flinch, she looks up seeing Shawn already asleep. She shakes him awake and he looks around sleepily.

"Shawn I heard a noise"

"It was one noise babe, go back to sleep" he tells her holding her closer. "No no no Shawn listen" she waist a second and the noise happens again along with some rustling. "I'll go check yeah" Shawn gets up.

"Erm okay be careful"

He gets out and she waits patiently but doesn't hear anything, y/n gets up wrapping a blanket around herself stepping outside not seeing anything. "Shawn!" She calls walking around the tent. She calls again but nothing.

She's about to walk further but Shawn grips her waist shouting 'boo' making her scream and jump. She begins hitting Shawn not knowing it was him.

He grabs her wrists making her stop. "Baby it's just me" he laughs. Her face drops and she just him again "oh my god, you little shit. I'm sleeping in Mikes tent see ya" she walks away making Shawn laugh following her.

"Oh come on I was just joking" he tells her running in front of her. "Yes yeah" she mumbles. He scoops her up bringing her back to the tent putting her down.

"I'm sorry love" he kisses her cheek.

"Yeah yeah, now come cuddle me I'm cold" she lays down and Shawn crawls beside her holding her body smiling against her skin.
