Mikey sighed as he trudged into the lot where their bus resided. In one hand he held a tray with three Starbucks drinks— one for (Y/N), one for Gerard, and one for himself— and in the other he held their lunch; Taco Bell.

As he approached the bus, he heard muffled groans from within. It's probably just Gerard complaining about his coffee withdrawal sickness Mikey thought, rolling his eyes.

When he opened the door, however, he was greeted with the sight of (Y/N) sobbing into Gerard's chest as she was kneeling on the couch, her head eneveloped in his arms as he stroked her head in an attempt to soothe her agony.

Not quite getting what was going on, Mikey simply said, "What the fuck."

"Mikey!" Gerard exclaimed, releasing (Y/N). She fell backwards onto the couch, biting her hand her hand till it bled.

"Mikey, fucking do something because I don't know how to help her!" Gerard hissed. "Ooh, coffee."

Mikey dropped what he was holding, save for the tray of coffee which Gerard caught, and ran to his fiancé's side.
"(Y/N)! Holy shit, what's wrong?" Mikey asked worriedly, tenderly cradling her.

"C-cluster, head...ache," (Y/N) mumbled, barely able to form words.

"Oh, shit, shit, shit," Mikey muttered, leaving (Y/N)'s side as he frantically searched for something, anything, that would take her mind off the pain.
