           "Y/n, shush, we have to be quiet. We don't want to wake up Steven." Garnet says between semi-quiet bits of laughter as I kiss down her jawline to her neck. I have her pinned to the side of the house right outside the door next to Steven's room. Unfortunately the crashing waves probably won't cover up our 'excitement', so I have to dial it down a notch or two. "Sorry love, its just that I really missed you, even though its just been a day." She has the front of my jeans in the palm of her hands and is pulling me closer to her. I have to prop my forearm above her head so I can at least have something to lean on as she reels me in hook, line, and sinker.
             Her lips find one of my sensitive spots under my jawline and I hold in a moan as her hand ventures lower to my crotch. "We missed you too love. Ever since you left us, we've been going nuts wondering if you were okay and if you were ever going to come back to us." We'll figure something out together." I can't help but smile a little more. I know that they mean every word that they said and that puts some of my pain away.
              I bring them in for a deep kiss and after we break it she smirks, "But, first things first, we need to go back into the temple and take care of you." I cock a brow, "In what way loves?" She holds the front of my jeans with her right hand and makes her left fingers walk up my chest. "Well, first, I'm going to let you feed off me, so your face can heal." My lips find her neck and plant trailing kisses over it, "Go on." She moans a little when I kiss over her pulse, "N-Next, we are going to help you relax by making some sweet love to you." I let out a little chuckle against her throat, "And?" "And then we are going to get some much needed sleep." Smiling, I raise my head up from her neck, "That sounds perfect." She grabs my hand and guides me to the door, but I don't make it a millimeter over the threshold until a huge shock sends me flying over the banister onto the cold sand below. "Ouch."
            Garnet comes rushing from the doorway and looks over the banister at me. A little smoke is coming from my body and I cough a little. "Y/n! Are you okay?!" "I'm good." I give her a shaky thumbs up, but instantly hold my gut and roll over on my right side with a groan. "Hold on Y/n! We're coming!" I close my eyes, "Its okay babe, take your time." My fangs automatically extract at the new pain coming over my body and I don't even realize that Garnet is beside me until she's cradling my head in her lap. "Y/n, what happened?!" My eyes flutter open and they make the blurriness go away. I cough, "Oh, I just had a shocking experience just now." Another groan comes out with a painful chuckle and I look up to see Garnet with a few tears steaming down her face, but she manages a little laugh, "Even when you're hurting, you still try to make me laugh." "That's my job isn't it? Always try to put a smile on your spouse's face." She laughs a little and kisses my forehead, "That's a part of the job... But seriously love, what happened?"
I groan as I sit up and she puts a hand on my lower back as support. "Eh, I forgot that you evoked my invitation and as you can see, this," I wave my hand down my body, "is a result of being an unwelcomed house guest." "Well, you're welcomed back now." I look at her with a smile, "Thanks babe." Gravity pulls my body back to the sand, "This really hurts." My forearm decides to hide my eyes from the world, but before I can get too comfy, Garnet sweeps me up in her arms. "Are you really going to bring me back in the house like on the night we met?" I say as my arm continues to shield the outside world. "Yep." She says with a little happy hum in her voice after she kisses me. "Thank God."

           After we make it across the threshold without incident this time, Garnet quietly takes us to my room. She sets me down on the bed after the door closes and I'm so thankful for it. I sprawl out on the bed, "Ahh, sweet relief." A small chuckle echoes the quiet room and I can't help but smile, "What? Its comfy." The low light of the bedside lamp is the only source of light that let's us see each other and her face looks all to pleased, especially when she gets on top of me. "Well, don't get comfy too quick," she fazes her clothes off her, and I can't help but smile at her beauty, "we still have a lot of things to do before we go to sleep."
              I sit up a little under her and it doesn't take long for her to take off my shirt. Good thing Greg let me use his carwash for a shower because I would've been a bloody mess if he didn't. "Your face is looking better... Can we touch it?" I kiss her palm, "And your hand is so cool." I close my eyes for a moment, then they open back up when Garnet's weight changes into two different gems' weight.
             Ruby and Sapphire both straddle my waist somehow and Ruby let's go of my face, "Babe, you need to feed." "And by the feel of things, preferably on me." I sigh, "I'd hate to ask that of you Sapphy, but my face does feel like its been set on fire... And that shock didn't help it either."
