Rudra was thinking about ways to convince both sets of parents and so far was unable to think of a solution.
This was troubling him a lot which didn't go unnoticed by Dev who decided to talk to his one and only true friend about it.
Rudra on being asked the reason just said that he was homesick as he didn't want to give anything away afraid of failing thus, giving them false hope.
When Dev heard that his friend is homesick invited him over to his house for a weekend stay. He also told Rudra that his house is always open and he can drop by anytime he wants.
Rudra just smiled on hearing this and after work was over both headed towards Dev's home.
They reached Dev's room where they chatted for some more time before sleep finally got the better of them.

Next morning, Rudra got up early as was his habit and went to the garden area(as per Dev's info)to join Mr. & Mrs. Agarwal for breakfast. He was greeted by a warm smile by Aryan and Riddhi Agarwal but somehow Riddhi's eyes seemed to be fixed on him which made him uncomfortable.
Aryan was about to introduce Rudra to Riddhi when she suddenly chose to break the air of awkwardness and chose to ask him open ended questions.
She then started with her questions.
"Aren't you Rudra Singhania son of Snigdha and Sanjeev Singhania?"
This completely took Rudra off guard and he thought that even if Dev or Mr. Agarwal might have told her about him it's not possible to remember  each and every detail about their employees specially when you meet for the first time.
Seeing the surprised look written all over Rudra's face Riddhi decided to continue further.
" And if I am not mistaken you have a twin sister too. Well, don't get me wrong but you bear a very uncanny resemblance with Snighdha and let me also tell you this that your parents and we are close friends since a very long time. We had to shift base to Mumbai owing to the boom in the real estate market but still managing to be in touch with each other.
Sending Dev to Kolkata,asking him to visit Sanjeev and Snigdha,Dev's overnight stay at your place was all part of the plan. The plan being to get both Aahana and Dev to get to know each other so that they eventually start liking each other but, things didn't go as planned.
We tried talking to both of them but neither were in a mood to talk about it and when they told us that they are in love we did act immaturely not giving them a chance to speak opting to just voice our decisions instead".
Aryan laid a comforting hand on his wife's shoulders telling her it's ok to make mistakes.

All this was enough information for Rudra to realize that God! has sent His  Cupid in the form of Riddhi Agarwal to help him in uniting his buddy and sister.
He couldn't thank Riddhi enough and told her that he would do whatever she says so that Dev and Aahana could be united.
Soon the three think of a plan and decide to execute it on an auspicious day.
Till then they say in chorus " Let our prince and princess wait for some more days.
