Rudra's first day in Agarwal Realtors

The day has finally arrived for which Rudra had been waiting for. Yes,the day when he will be joining Agarwal Realtors who are giants in the real estate market and for a newbie to get into the company is a life changing opportunity. Thus,when he received his appointment letter he for obvious reasons was elated though he realized that he had to leave home and settle in a new city. Hence, he got down to business ie, having made all necessary arrangements and soon the day came when he had to leave home for green pastures.
He took his parents and God's blessings, hugged his sister and left home with heart filled with all sorts of emotions. Soon, he reached Kolkata airport boarded the flight for Mumbai all the while thinking about his future. He was so engrossed in his thoughts that he didn't realize when the plane had landed in  Mumbai airport. Once inside the airport he moved to the baggage claim section and after having collected his luggage proceeded towards the exit where as informed  an executive from the company would be there to receive him who would also take him to the company's accommodated house.
Rudra was informed by Mr. Neil( the person who had come to receive him) that from his place the office is just an hour away recommending the local trains very strongly as the most reliable and quickest way to commute.
Soon they reached the apartment complex. Rudra took out his luggage from the taxi and followed Mr. Neil who showed him his room. He thanked him, went to the washroom to freshen up a bit post which he plonked on the bed and called it a day.

The next morning Rudra all geared up reached Agarwal Realtors and one look was enough to leave him spell bounded,for the office was spread on a sprawling acre that was build  immaculately. Small buildings or towers as they were called were on either sides of the area and the numerous pathways connected one tower to the other.
Well, let's explore the towers through Rudra's eyes.

Tower 1: This is the tower which grooms and shapes all the newbies in the company and thus, is rightly called the training hub.
We were welcomed by a young man who appeared to be in his late 30's and after the introductory round we were informed by Mr. Atul Bakshi( he was going to be our trainer for the next 3 months)thst all new joinees have to undergo six months of rigorous training. The first 3 months of training is given in the learning hub and upon completing the training successfully you are handed over to the operations in charge who would be our trainer for the remaining 3 months giving us hands on experience too.

As today is the first day hence,the company had decided to go easy with us by letting us explore the premises so as to know where each department was in case the need be.

Well moving on to the next tower ie,
Tower 2: This is the tower from where  the" Human Resource" team operates and any discrepencies related to the company's policy or any salary related issues could be addressed here.

Now to proceed to Tower 3: 
This tower housed the transport department. In case one had to avail the pick and drop facility you needed to approach them with an authorized letter and get an easy access to the service thus available.

Tower 4 to  Tower 6: Nicknamed the business machines and an apt one at that too as these are the towers from where the company gets its revenue and business from. The towers which housed various departments acted as the backbone to the company and any sort of unrest was enough to bring the whole company at a standstill.
No doubt, the company put its employees first and always thinking about their interest and well being.

Tower7:  The feeding mouth(lol, the nicknames) was wholly and solely responsible for providing hygienic and healthy food to all the employees and thus, was open 24*7.

Tower8: The tower that ensured all employees stay in shape as per the company's norms was called the sweat machine. This was the company's gymnasium and was free to all employees whenever they wanted to avail any one of the services the gym had to offer. You just needed your ID card to get in.
Gosh! Seems it will take sometime to know other benefits that the company offers. Well, that can wait and now let's see what the remaining towers houses.

Well just two towers remain ie, Towers 9 & 10: These two towers are heavily guarded by armed guards round the clock and thus, are under heavy surveillance.
Nicknamed "The Fortress"is where the Agarwal's have their den and no one is allowed to even wander close by.
The Agarwal's seem to be very private people and thus, their retreat or let's say "Private Space" is situated at the farthest corner of the campus  keeping their privacy in mind.

After all, one cannot afford to mess with the boss.

Soon, my shift ended and I went home only to let myself fall on the bed to doze off as it was a tiring day for me.
