Intruders Really?

A little part from last chapter just to go with the flow:Aahana decided to call her parents but couldn't contact them due to network problem when suddenly a manly hand pulled her towards him.
Now, let's continue further.

The person was really strong and Dev tried his best to stop the man from pulling Aahana towards him but his efforts were in vain and now he was really scared. What if something happened to her,how would he face his parents and in-laws,what would he tell them. His mind was filled with all sorts of negative thoughts but he tried to act calm and think logically. He thought of calling his in-laws asking them for help. Luckily he was able to get through and was told that they are just outside the villa. Dev couldn't have been happier but, wait a minute he didn't tell them anything and as far as he remembers neither did Aahana. Then how could they reach within minutes?
Now the whole picture was clear and he understood the mastermind behind the whole plan. The person was obviously not going to be spared deciding to play along and sounding worried called out to her.
Soon Aahana's parents were also there and Dev explained the whole situation to them. Sanjeev laid a comforting hand on his shoulders trying to keep a straight face but seeing the look on Dev's face thought of bringing him out of his misery and soon enough Sanjeev broke into fits of laughter. He though wasn't alone for joining him were the intruders(Aryan and Riddhi Agarwal)Rudra and Aahana. Dev who had understood the whole plan and all this while was playing along decided to end up being the victim for the look of happiness on her face was enough to melt his heart which he had lost to her. Seeing him in such a shocked state Aahana told him everything about the plan and he let out a sigh of relief when he saw Rudra and his mother coming towards him carrying a tray and a cloche. The tray was carefully placed on the table and the content thus revealed. Well, it was just a huge birthday cake and it was then that Dev remembered that today was his birthday. Wow!what could be better than to have the people who truly matter the most standing besides you on your birthday and he was grateful to have such amazing people in his life.
They rang in his birthday and the whole night was spent having a gala time, the sun's rays bringing with it the news that the Agarwal's have to leave for they had a flight to catch as with only weeks left for the marriage lots had to be done and time was short. Riddhi hugged Aahana and the three left for the airport.
Rudra had taken a week's leave and they all left soon after.
