The much awaited weekend had arrived but, this time it wasn't alone as it had brought with it moments which would be remembered by them for long. Indeed for the weekend plan made by Dev was centered around fun and some family time and which they truly deserved as times had tested them in all acts possible. They all were trying to start a new beginning by trying to forget the past as a nightmare and this was just the excuse to take that step.
Dev had opened his mouth to say something but, never got a chance to say what he had planned for them as the ladies were ahead of Dev for they without wasting a minute declare that they would like to go for shopping and Dev after seeing Aahana’s eyes twinkle on hearing the word shopping agreed with them. It was decided that they would hit the roads but, after a hearty breakfast as one cannot have fun on an empty stomach.
Aahana was really happy as she would be stepping out after a long time. She really wanted to go shopping,gorge on the roadside food and end the day on a sweet note with yet another speciality of the city “Kulfi”( a popular frozen dairy dessert famous in India), made her mouth water already ie, when they hadn't even left ground. Aahana was so lost in her thoughts that she didn't realize that breakfast was done with and all were calling out to her anxiously breaking her chain of thoughts. Soon, they left the house to explore the city at length as much as they could in a day deciding to ditch the malls as they wanted to explore all the popular street shopping destinations of the city. The day was spent doing some shopping, eating from the roadside kiosks followed by some more shopping till they were ready to drop down completely spent and with a heavy heart decided to head back home so they could have a good sleep to hit the roads again tomorrow wishing each other good night.
Once alone Aahana hugged Dev thanking him for making the programme specially for the shopping part and seeing his wife's cute antics after a long time made him smile. He tightened the hug, claiming her lips and soon one thing led to the order resulting in passionate love making which lasted the whole night leaving them completely exhausted. Dev post their make out had fallen asleep instantly followed by an equally exhausted Aahana but not before hugging him from behind.
