Healing Her Broken Heart

Somewhere in the outskirts of Mumbai

Dev Aahana aloof from what's happening back home are busy romancing each other far away from the city's hustle bustle celebrating their one year marriage anniversary; lost in each other and if friends are to be believed they sure have set Couple Goals.
Aahana who had laid her face on Dev's shoulders, hands entwined suddenly felt a warm droplet on her face. She then realized that the lone tear that fell on her face had escaped from Dev's eyes she made him face her and in a concerned manner asked him the reason for the tear that escaped his eyes.
However, Dev chose to just ignore and tried putting a fake smile on his face. Now, this definitely didn't go down well with Aahana who was determined to know whatever was bothering him. She then in a very loving manner asked him and in reply she just got a hug which was not the normal way he hugged her and after a lot of coaxing Dev left with no other choice finally gave in and told her everything that was troubling him.
Aahana who all this while was listening very intently took his hands in hers without saying anything squeezing his hands from time to time. She then told him that no matter what happens or how bad things maybe she will always be there to support him. She also told him that this fear of his was something he need not worry and that she knew all about it, also that she was prepared that this will arise.
She lastly told him that he just needs to have trust in her so together they can face any obstacles.
Hearing all these from his wife a smile crept on his face relived naturally for a burden had been lifted from his heart and pulling her close claimed her lips for a deep and passionate kiss pouring all his love.
Soon it was the wee hours and they decided to proceed home.
