The wedding, functions and everything related have been discussed in details. Thus, the Singhania's thought it best to return back home so they could spent sometime with each other specially with Aahana and hence booked their return ticket for the next day.
This news left our couple happy and sad at the same time and with just a day in hand they wanted to spend it together. They were planning their escape route when Snigdha suddenly announced that since it's their last day in the city all are free to do what they like the entire day with night being an exception as everyone has to stay awake. This earned a hoot from everyone, filling the whole house with an air of excitement and merriment while Rudra,Dev and Aahana embraced themselves in a group hug.

Aahana was all the more happy seeing her parents happy after a long time and immediately wiped her tears of joy. This didn't go unnoticed by Dev who glanced at her with a smile on his face and just nodded his head in assurance lightly squeezing her hands. Aahana too returned his gesture.
Since, no one was to sleep at night all decided to catch up on some sleep post lunch. This was the time they had been waiting for and as soon as their parents were out of sight Dev took her hand dragging her inside his room, oops! sorry their room.
Rudra on the pretext of some work excused himself not before giving his friend a thumbs up. Now there was no stopping Dev and as soon as they were alone he pulled her towards him drawing her for a hug. They were in this position for quite sometime now not wanting to withdraw from the embrace and the only sound that could be heard was that of their hearts beating.
The hug was broken only to catch glimpses. It seemed as if they just wanted to absorb everything they could about the other. They after some minutes went in the direction where the bed was placed, holding hands and sat on the bed not breaking their contact.
This would have been the situation hadn't it been for Aahana who was not able to take the silence anymore and decided to be the one to break it by initiating to talk.
They talked about random things and it was then that Aahana realized that she hadn't told anything to her besties; Devika and Survika and they would surely kill her for it.
(Their introductions will be done in the next chapter for this one is reserved for the Agarwal's and Singhania's only).

Soon night arrived and as was decided they all gathered in the living room anxiously waiting. The dining table was laid with all snacks possible and tea/coffee machine was also placed at one end in case need be.
Now, they all settled down and the ladies ie, Riddhi and Snighda took center stage switching off the lights with a spotlight falling on a huge screen. It was at this moment that all eyes were drawn to the projection, each filled with questions.
Their questions were soon answered when the screen came alive with photos one after the other, each slide holding some memory making the person smile. The memory pertaining to that slide was shared with all present and earned hoots each time.
They played games, talked about random things and thus were having a great time.
Rudra,Dev and Aahana were having an amazing time seeing their parents who at this moment seemed no less than kids to them seeing their behaviour and they all were enjoying this time to the fullest.
However, like they say all good things have to come to an end so did their merry making for soon the Singhania's had to leave for Kolkata.
Riddhi hugged her soon to be daughter in law and her son, Aahana then took blessings from Riddhi and Aryan( her in-laws), hugging her brother Rudra (who couldn't fly with them as lots of things needed to be taken care of before the wedding).
She went in Dev's direction pulling him in a secluded corner of the house and then took him in for a big goodbye kiss. This shocked him no doubt but he was happy that Aahana had initiated their goodbye kiss and pulled her for an even tighter one pulling apart when they were breathless.
They promised to talk as much as they can and when the car allotted to the Singhania's was lost into oblivion the remaining four went inside.
