I woke up next to Kate, who was still asleep. We were both naked. I smiled thinking about what happened last night. I needed it. But was I in love with her? No.

- Hey you early bird...

She said with a raspy voice.

- Raise and shine!

I shouted, kneeling down next to her. I sucked on her lips until she pulled off.

- I can't breathe, Josh, do you wanna kill me?

- Me? Of course not. I just wanted to say goodbye.

- When will we see each other again?

- I don't know, I think I should get back to L.A. and try to fix some things.

- So you wanna make up with her...

- Hey, don't be sad.

- These were the best 2 days of my life. You're just as perfect as I've imagined.

She said, kissing me once again. I began to put my clothes on when I saw that she had been crying.

- Shh, Kate, why are you crying?

- I'll never find a guy like you.

- Don't say so, there are thousands of men here. I live in Los Angeles, we wouldn't see each other either way.

- I can move there. As long as you will be with me.

- I don't know, I would have to think about it. I'm not divorced yet. And what about your job?

She just nodded her head and disappeared in the bathroom.

- Hey dad.

I said while entering John's house.

- Hey, it's great to see you again. How did you spend your time in N.Y.?

- It was great, especially grandma's food.

- Mom told me you met someone.

- How did she know?

- She's a woman, that's how. Did you definitely split up with Lilly? Isn't it too fast for another relationship?

- I still love Lilly. I'll try to get her back. Kate was just a friend. She was cool but that's it.

- And you spent the nights with her? Josh, Lilly will get furious when she'll find out.

- She won't. I didn't have sex with her, well, at least not fully. I know what I'm doing.

- I hope so. Do you remember that next week...

- Is Johnny's first birthday. I know. I want to see him so badly...

- Me too. I talked to her father and we'll organize a party in a restaurant. I hope Lilly will come.

I went into my house and saw that it was cleaned up really well.

- Hey, I'm back!

I shouted.

- Hi!

Matt said running into the corridor, giving me a high five.

- How are you doing, man?

Harry asked, hugging me.

- I'm fine. Thanks for taking care of the house, it has never been that clean before.
