It was the day of the All Star Game. Cassidy and I didn't want our parents to watch it as we knew Jordie and Tyler were going to get into a fight, but all of their boys were in it, so they had to.

Josh came over and hung out with us as the game got started. This game was really a way to show off skills and relax. No hard hits, nothing. Then we saw Jordie speeding on the ice towards Tyler. Our moms were laughing and having a good time before we heard a large crash and Jordie had slammed Tyler into the ice. He was standing over him yelling at him as the refs came over.

"Wow. Wait. What is going on?" Jackie asks my mom confused

"What?" My mom repeats as the replay happens. Tyler slowly gets up and Cassidy gives me a nervous look before Jordie throws a punch. Tyler immediately replies by giving one back and they get into a huge fight with refs trying to stop it but neither of them will give up.

"This is not okay." My mom says as she angrily grabs her phone to text Jordie. It wasn't as if he'd see it, but she was furious.

"Do either of you two know what this is about?" Josh asks us quietly and we nod.

"What?" Jackie asks as she heard Josh.

"What?" Cassidy asks as if she doesn't know what her mom is talking about.

"Why are our boys trying to kill each other on the ice?" She asks as Jordie is kicked out of the game. Jamie gives him a fist bump as he skates off and clearly everyone is confused, "What was that?" Jackie repeats

"Mom." Cassidy says slowly

"Tyler and I might be going on a date soon, and my brothers are not happy about it." I say quickly and my mom looks at me in shock.

"My boys were willing to kill their best friend because you two 'might' be going on a date? This is ridiculous." She groans as she gets up and calls Jordie. After the third call, Jordie picks up. She yells at him for a little bit before she gets tired.

"Is that all?" Jackie asks me and I nod quickly. I wasn't going to say we hooked up.

"I'm so sorry Jackie. Is Tyler okay?" My mom asks as she comes in.

"Yeah. He'll live." She smiles, "Our kids are going on a date!" She squeals and they both laugh, "We've been waiting for the day you and Tyler finally admitted you two liked each other. It's been obvious forever. I'm so glad." Jackie smiles at me

"I'll talk to your brothers about restricting the violence." She says to me before she turns to Jackie and they squeal excited.

After the game ends Tyler calls Jackie.

"Hey Ty... I saw... No, I'm not mad... I'm quite happy in fact...I love you too." She hangs up and hugs me tightly

The guys were then on the next flight back to Toronto to spend some time at home before camps.

I laid in bed that night before I called Tyler.

"Hey." I could hear the smile in his voice

"Hey." I laugh, "Sorry I almost got you killed." I laugh weakly

"It was totally worth it."

"Are you three going to talk?" I ask

"Hell no. I changed my flight so we wouldn't be stuck with each other for a while." He sighs, "I get there a half an hour before them." He says

"So I can hug you." I giggle

"I'd love that." He sighs. We talk for a few hours just about life and everything before we both fall asleep on the phone.
