Chapter 8

I woke up the next morning cuddling with Tyler and I smile as I kiss his cheek softly before I get up.

"Susannah." He groans as he pulls me back in.

"What?" I mumble as he kisses me softly

"I want to just stay in bed all day with you." He sighs and I groan

"I have to go home. Cassidy and I are getting our nails done." I mumble as I rub his bare chest

"Fine." He sighs as he opens up his eyes and we kiss again.

"I do have to take a shower though." I smile and he chuckles

"Okay." He nods before we go into the oversized bathroom.

We take a long shower before I put on my clothes from the day before and we go back out to the suburbs. We go right to his house, and Cassidy's waiting for us in the kitchen.

"Did you two already go out to breakfast?" She groans as she drinks her coffee

"No." I shake my head as Cash and Marshall run in as they hear us talking.

"Alright. Let's go. Can I drive your car?" She asks Tyler and he sighs

"Why?"

"It's a lot nicer than mine." She laughs

"I'm picking up Jamie and Jordie and we have a workout today. I would otherwise." He says and Cassidy and I look at each other.

"Don't do anything stupid." I say as he puts leashes on the dogs to take them for a walk as we walk out of the house.

"Hey Cass, can you give us a moment?" Tyler asks her as she gets into her car.

"I'll just be on the phone. I won't watch you two make out." She taunts and Tyler sighs before I hug him tightly.

"I'll tell her." I say and he nods before he kisses my cheek, "I'll also tell Jamie and Jordie." I say and he laughs

"That sounds good." I kiss him softly before he opens up the car door for me. I slide in and he shuts it.

"You two are really cute together." Cassidy smiles as she watches Tyler start running with the dogs.

"Thanks." I smile weakly as she pulls out of the driveway and we go to the salon. We get some spa water as we let our feet soak in the tubs.

"So what's next for you two?" She asks curiously as any best friend would.

"Well, he officially asked me to be his girlfriend last night." I laugh

"Really? Good. I'm glad to see him settling down." She sighs happily.

"Me too." I nod as we then just rant about people in our class and how we want to decorate our dorm. Cassidy is a swimmer, so since we're both athletes we got into the nicer dorm, so we had a lot of space.

She drives us back to her house and we hang out for a bit before all the boys walk in very sweaty.

"Ew. Can all of you please take a shower?" Cassidy asks and I laugh. We were just drinking wine and talking when they came in.

"Well we wanted to get you, since mom has that dinner planned." Jamie says and I nod. I finish my glass before I hug Cassidy and I leave. I sit in the front with Tyler as he drives us to our house. I sit in the car once he's parked as Jamie and Jordie get out.

"Are you coming?" Jordie asks

"Give me a minute." I say and he rolls his eyes as he walks in, "How did everything go?" I ask as I play with Tyler's large fingers.
