Chapter 53

Susannah's POV

It was Wednesday afternoon, which meant I left to see Kyle tomorrow. I was so excited to finally see him again and work everything out.

"So, are you just going to hang out on campus all day waiting for me?" I ask as I walk into my room knowing Tyler is on my couch because I saw his car outside the dorm

"Okay. I just got here first of all." He laughs as he sits up and kisses me.

"Ty." I laugh weakly

"I know. You're seeing Kyle tomorrow and all of that shit. I just want to show you why I'd be a better boyfriend." He smiles and I groan as I go to my room to set all of my shit down. I come back and sit down next to him.

"It's not that I'm looking for a better boyfriend between you and Kyle. It's more I need to figure out what I am with Kyle." I laugh as I play with his fingers, "But, I do love you." I say softly, "Like you said, I always have and I always will."

"That's so sweet." He coos and I roll my eyes laughing

"So what is up?" I ask

"Oh nothing. It's just that I thought you might want to come look at dogs with me. Maybe Cassidy can join." He shrugs

"Tyler!" I squeal

"Jesus." He groans, "So, a new litter was born, so let's go." He laughs, "They're a month old, and I'm waiting until he's three months so he's good. I'm just going to pick out which one I want. My appointment is in an hour. You ready?"

"Yes. Let's go." I laugh

"Is Cassidy in class?"

"Yeah. So let's go. I want to see the puppies."

"Deal." He smiles as we leave. I got into his car and laughed, "What?" He asks

"Were the dogs in here?" I ask

"No?"

"You drove you Ferrari to practice this morning?" I ask

"Yeah." He laughs, "The gear is still in the back."
"You are the nastiest human alive." I shrug, "I literally do not know how to help you."

"We can drop it off at my house. The breeder is in the country a bit." He laughs as we go to his house and we drop everything off, "I'm thinking of getting a new place. I love it here, but I was looking and found somewhere I like more." He shrugs

"Do what you want." I smile as we change cars as he gets his gear out.

"Thanks for the support. You and Cassidy need to look at it. I should've gotten my parents to see it." He groans

"You can FaceTime them."

"Fair. Alright, let's go meet my puppy. I'm still thinking of names. Gerry or Hammer?" He asks

"Gerry. For sure. Marshall, Cash, and Gerry. Adorable." I giggle

"Alright. Whatever you say." He smiles as we drive out. We jam to some music before we get there. We pull up a long driveway as there were gates around the entire house, but there were a few dogs running around. We park before knocking on the door.

"Hi, I'm Tyler Seguin, and I'm here to meet the new liter." Tyler laughs

"Yes of course, and you must be the girlfriend. Gift?" The woman asks and I laugh

"No. We're not dating. I'll be helping raise the dog, but yeah." I laugh weakly and Tyler rolls his eyes at that. I shrug as we walk inside and go to the room where there are 10 puppies and a mom dog, "Tyler!" I squeal
