Chapter 21

I went to the airport with everyone as we said goodbye to our parents.

"I'll see you in a few months." I tell mom and she sniffles before giving me a big hug. Dad hugs me as well before he hugs Jamie. They walk off and I look up at Tyler and he nods.

"Can you take Cass and Sus back to the dorms? I have something I have to do." Tyler says as he rubs his arm. He probably had to see his other girl.

"Yeah. I'll see you tomorrow." They smile at each other and Cassidy nods before we walk off. We get into Jamie's car and he drives off.

"So what's Tyler doing?" Cassidy asks and Jamie laughs

"Not sure." He sighs

"I mean he has two hoes, and one of them is with us. Probably the other." She mumbles and Jamie looks back at her.

"What?" He asks

"Oh you didn't tell him?" Cassidy asks me and I sigh as I put my head against the window.

"Tell me what?" Jamie asks confused

"Oh, she and Tyler are now exes with benefits."

"Fucking hell." He rolls his eyes, "That's going to end horribly."

"That's what I said!" Cassidy smiles

"I think you should just cut everything off from him."

"I can't. We're always together." I sigh

"Well then we'll just visit you once a month, and you're not coming to our games." Jamie shrugs, "Fixed."

"I-" I start

"No. I don't want you two together. If it's for real, that's fine, but this is just messy." I agree and text Tyler saying we need to talk. He said he'd call me in an hour. We get back to the dorm with Starbucks before we go inside.

"Hey." Devon smiles as she's working on homework in the living room.

"Hey." I smile weakly before I go to my room. Cassidy follows me wanting to hear the conversation. I lay in bed sleeping until my phone goes off.

"Hey, what did we need to talk about?" Tyler asks and I honestly had no clue what to say

"I don't think hooking up is healthy." I say slowly and Cassidy gives me a thumbs up

"Okay. So what does that mean for us?" He asks

"I think we shouldn't see each other anymore. I think you should date someone else. I think you should be happy." I say quickly

"Are you serious?" He asks in shock

"Yeah. I'm not going to come to games or any events for a while either."

"Alright. Cool. Cool. Bye. I'll see you when we pick you and Cassidy up for Christmas." He hangs up, even Cassidy is a little surprised by his comments

"We're completely over." I sigh

"Then let's get drunk. Let's go out." She laughs smiling

"I think I want to just stay in and go to bed. You can though." I smile weakly before she goes out with Liam.

Tyler's POV

I couldn't believe she cut everything off from me.

I had a doctor's appointment because I was pretty sure something was wrong with me, but I didn't want Jamie to know because he'd talk to Coach and it'd be complicated.
