A black-made of steel-bird was flying in a lower ground of an island, the engine's sound were loud they could turn the attention of the islanders and made them wonder what kind of people were inside. Some of the islander's little kid were waving goodbye to the blackbird, hoping it would land near their house. Well, at least they were innocent about the helicopter inhabitant's true motive to come to their island. If they were to know, guess they would be the one to fly away from their grounds.
"Korn, turn the area once then land in one of the nearest shores" said a cold, low voiced man with as cold eyes, commanding the one called Korn that was piloting the helicopter
"Ryoukai* Gin" he made the blackbird glided to the right then turned the area while searching for a better spot to land, whilst his female-companion was looking at the ground using binoculars from her Heckler & Koch's sniper-rifle.
"Spotted the target" said funky-looking girl with a butterfly tattoo on her face "he is not alone though" she grinned then happily lifted her PSG1 and locked the target "ready to eliminate the hindrance. Such an easy target"
"Hold it, Chianti" a golden-haired woman stopped her and made her sulk "we need the child unharmed. Don't recklessly killed the old man in front of his eyes"
"What are you being so considerate for, Vermouth?" Said a long-haired man called Gin menacingly
She sighed "I don't want to handle a child in tantrum. No matter how much of a genius he is, he will not function without his cool head"
"So? What are you suggesting? Kill them both?" Chianti chirped in with a glitter in her eyes, looked as happy with the increasing target of her beloved PSG1. But Gin lifted his hand as if commanding to lower the sniper's, that was successfully lower her mood also
"You deal with the kid" Gin said, "I will kill the dog" and made Korn landed the helicopter in the shores as planned
"That's what I am here for" she chuckled then she wore the mask on her face, made a bit finishing touch and arranged her wig before she coughed and said "I am ready" with Vinsanto's voice "Come to Momma, little son"
- Monday, 09:10 A.M. Teito Store House, Tokyo-Bay, Japan -
"How is things going over there?" Asked Kurogane Ayano a.k.a Vinsanto, to Jodie Starling that was monitoring the subject, Mamoru (Edogawa Conan), that was currently being held by the Black Organization
"They took the subject by private-plane from Indonesia, then delivered him again by heli, as planned" she glanced towards her direction once, then continued focusing on her monitor and earphones "the coordinate of the last movement was at Abeno Haruka's helipad, Osaka city"
"ハルカス？Harukasu?" She wondered aloud "then they must be going to placed him on the sub-contracts..." she mumbled "that was our second-place beside main IT Building at Marunouchi, Tokyo"
"Mind to explain further?" The FBI's agent inquired
"The sub-contracts, is an office building at Abeno Haruka or Harukasu, that handles data of all branches, including data from our main contract. It specializes in database arrangements and research, besides being Anokata's personal property"
"How many floors the boss own at this building? We need to get the blue print ASAP" said Jodie. She was ready to call someone over her phone, but halted it when she heard nothing from Vinsanto
"... all of it" she didn't seem amused at all while delivering the information, which was different from Jodie's reaction
"Are you kidding me?!" She half shouted at her unconsciously
"Anokata is one of the Tops in Japan, remember?" She lifted one of her arms to bring Jodie something like a lists on papers "this contains his assets. And it included the recently built Abeno Haruka at Osaka"
"Then, do you know where they might..."
"No, I don't. It was just recently built so I have never been there" she answered in all the same cold manners
Jodie's dumbstruckness had changed into worry when she said "how are we going to get there then? We do not have permission for investigating since we came here on undercover mission"
"Then, why don't you just ask Japan's policemen?"
Jodie sighed "as if they would assist us with pleasure..." she explained the untold questions from her companion "we are not that, well, close... with Japan's police task"
Vinsanto just lifted her eyebrows as if stating 'you are the one to make simple things difficult'
She was ready to say something, some insults perhaps, when the door suddenly opened, making a bright ray of light came through from the room behind, leaving a silhouette of a tall man with a cowlick on his head
"Mind if I join the conversation?" He said, "I have good news regarding about Meitantei, I mean, Conan" he entered the room graciously, his demeanor was oozing brilliance and confidence that made it easy to assess him on the first impressions "oh, where is my manner?" He coughed then continued his introduction "my name is Kudou Shinichi, high school detective"
Vinsanto was scrutinizing the teens in front of her with disbelief looks, her mind was busy thinking the impossibilities that were cracked by the facts that was being presented right in front of her eyes
"That Kudou Shinichi...?" Jodie hop on from her chair, cutting whatever trains of thought the other woman was thinking "I've heard a lot about you. Shuu also said how much you've been a big help from time to time" she became lively and full of hopes "I really wanted to meet you. You know, Shuu has never spoke about someone else's the way he spoke about you" she looked exactly like his fangirls in Vinsanto's eyes
"Nice to meet you too, Jodie-Sensei" he stretched up his hand to shook hers "I too, have heard a lot about you from Ran and my cousin"
"Your cousin?"
"Yes. Edogawa Conan is my cousin" he smiled then glanced to Vinsanto's direction while saying "I don't remember the exact family tree too, but anyway my Mom is still related to his, so we are blood-related cousins"
"No wonder!" Clapped Jodie, "you guys seems similar in one and other way" she wanted to speak more but Vinsanto cut her
"Who sent you here?"
"Akai Shuuichi. He wanted to say something to you, by the way, Jodie-sensei" he gave his phone to Jodie then waited for her to get out before continued "Yes. I'm not the real Kudou Shinichi" he calmly stared at Vinsanto "the real one is being held by your boss, as you thought. He sent me here, to be his eyes and his ears"
He studied the data on the monitor quickly while saying "so, please act as if you don't know a thing about me disguising as him. That, and..." he smiled then plopped his butt on the chair, grinning "I can provide you with anything you need, including blue print of this building"
"How?" She vaguely scrunched her nose
"Because... him and I, we are related by blood" his mischievous smile looked as confident and bright as the moonlight that night.
