We Can Do This

After the four explains themselves saying how it was all part of Xiaozi's plan I immediately wanted to call her insane. But without her Si and I wouldn't have fixed things so I owe that to her. Daoming Si and I were asleep one of the tents when Daoming Si's bodyguards found us.

My neck was sore from the lack of sleep, but Si luckily lend me his shoulder to lean on. He handed me a cup of coffee as we all sat in his yacht, waiting arriving to Shanghai.

"Hey you alright?" Si questioned, placing his cold hand on my cheek.

I kept my eyes closed nodding, too tired to say anything.

"We're almost there" He reminded me, pulling me closer to his side.

"Actually we're here" Mei Zou said. I opened my eyes and rubbed them to adjust my vision. I looked up at the boys to see them waiting for Si to go first. But Si was waiting for me.

He extended his hand out to me,"Come on." I half smiled, taking his hand, as he led us out of the yacht but I immediately regretted it, seeing multiple guards, cameras, news reporters all standing there waiting.

When he stepped out immediately the cameras started clinking, calling out his name, with multiple guards holding them back.

"Why are they all here?" I questioned, glancing at the boys faces.

"The only son of the Daoming Group went missing" Ximen answered.

Mei Zou sighed,"Great, now we're probably seen as kidnappers. The first thing I gotta do is find Xiaozi."

"They're here for Si. We should split up. I'll stay with him and you guys take Kiara" Lei said, staring straight ahead.

"Why do we have to be apart?" Si asked, turning to Lei.

"You want your mom to see you holding hands with Kiara after seeing the news?"

Si turned to me, he gave me a determined look that confused me. Wondering what was going on his mind right now,"Yes, I do. I want the whole world to see it. I want people to see that this is my girlfriend and nothing else is stopping me."

I couldn't help but snort,"I can't tell if your brave or stupid" I admitted.

Si held onto my hand tightly,"I'm both of them."

"Then, I'll walk with you, Ximen, Mei Zou, serve as a distraction to the media" Lei said.

The two nodded going ahead first. I don't know why but I felt anxious. Something told me to feel positive about this but I felt like a negative was going to be our outcome. But I didn't want to show Si I felt this way. He was being brave, so I should be as well.

When he made a way through the crowd I noticed up ahead, Ximen and Mei Zou unable to hold anyone back.

Everyone charged at Daoming Si pushing us apart at every angle that I almost got hit in the face by the camera,"Daoming Si! Daoming Si!"They repeated. Here I was becoming dizzy again. Everything began to spin. No matter where I turned cameras flashed like crazy. I could see yellow dots flying around. I blinked a couple times but regretted it as I lost my grip on Daoming Si.

"Kiara!" He screamed over the voices.

"Si!"

Everything felt so slow. My heart was beating behind my ears, and it became til the point that was all I heard. My eyes anxiously looked around noticing a shiny object at the corner of my eye. What was that? I turned my head seeing a man I have never seen before give Si a menacing look that made my stomach turn. His hand was in his pocket but he slowly began to pull it out, seeing the shiny object that I saw before. It was a knife. I widened my eyes, looking to Si who was getting trapped between reporters. I can't imagine him getting hurt, no I can't,"Daoming Si!" I cried out.

I used the most of my strength to push the reporters out of my path. Sweat beamed down my forehead that I found myself lightly gasping. I pushed my way through them, feeling a couple of their hands hit my back.

"Kiara!"

I looked back to the man who was more closer to him. And it was close enough for him to stab Si.

"This is because your Daoming Si" I heard the man snicker. I widened my eyes seeing him fully pull out the knife. No, no, no,no!

He slashed Si in his lower stomach but before he could fully stab it into his skin, I managed to get out of the spot I was in and pushed Si back, with the knife plunging into my stomach.

I gasped loudly, meeting Si's scared eyes.

"Help!"

"They're bleeding!"

"Kiara!"

My eyes began to heavy. The strength I suddenly had was gone. My legs trembled like leaves. I couldn't stand up anymore. I fell down to the ground hearing the voices around become mute. Like I was underwater. Tears gushed down my cheeks that it blurred my vision. The pain, I couldn't breathe, I found myself breathing in a irregular pattern. I felt someone pull me to their lap, with little drops of water, falling down to my bare neck. I did my best to keep myself awake but it didn't last more than a second where I finally was losing myself. My eyes now were closing that I drifted off.
