the year is 2042. it's been a while since this city was the top tourist attraction on earth. now, the air is ridden with carbon dioxide and other lethal gases — look how much it has changed.
hackers and the police (or as the locals call, 'the watch') roam the streets, disappearing into the shadows moments afterwards, followed shortly after, like a predator hunting its prey.
"the place is deadly. it's full of weapons and mechanical beings," the media would tell the bright light in front of them, the camera. "it's been decades since this town saw an outsider."
quite coincidentally, an outsider entered the grounds recently.
it came to a lot of people's attention that this person chose this city. but why this city? of all of the villages, towns, cities, regions, countries... why OUR city?
but very few residents wondered...does that person realise that they might end up breathing their last breath of fresh — or should i say, polluted — air here in neon district?
