Hearing her sob and scream like that.
It broke my heart. I knew I made one of the worst mistakes of my life last night.
Hearing her say those things...made me wonder what was always on in her mind.
I remember her broken expression.
Eyebrows furrowed, tears running down her cheeks, frowning.
Her eyes were the eyes of a broken person.
Because that's what she is.
We broke her.
We thought she was strong.
Turns out, she was glass.
And she slipped through my fingertips.
And she broke.

I heard someone screaming my name behind me.
Everything seemed in slow motion, as I turned around, and saw Anna
and Sam running towards me at full speed.
I couldn't bring myself to scream, since my throat already felt raw.
They wrapped me in a hug as soon as they reached me.
They had so much force, they sent us tumbling into the lake.
I let out a small laugh as I resurfaced.
They gave me a relieved smile.
I couldn't have been mad at them for long.
They are my best friends after all.
Maybe someone does care.
But Ashton and Luke on the other hand....
