45: Firsts

I wake up feeling a weight on my back.

I hear light snores behind me.

As I turn around Hayes is the one that's literally on my back, making it ache.

"Boy if you don't get off me" I say trying to push him off, instead making him fall off the bed.

"My bad Hayes" I apologize as he wakes up groaning in pain. "Don't worry its carpet so it wouldn't hurt as much" I try covering up.

"I can't feel my back" he groans still.

"If it makes you feel better I can't feel mines either."

"You know what we need. A good day at the beach. How does that sound."

"Yeah, sure thing" he says struggling to get up from the floor.

I reach my hand out helping him get up. "Let's go downstairs and tell everyone."

"No actually I'll get my things first since I take a long time getting ready"

(y'all I don't know what there's in omaha, so don't judge pls)

I get my aqua colored bikini with my favorite light pink bug eye sunglasses and my black sandals. I change into into my swimsuit so I wouldn't have to at the beach.

After I change into my tie-dye shirt and my black spandex. I throw in my duffel bag a palm tree like t-shirt from vans, high waisted shorts and my black converse. Also putting in special necessities like sunblock, my undergarments such as underwear, a bra and my brush.

"Hayes, do you have your stuff ready?" I shout from the bathroom while I put my hair up in a high ponytail.

"Yeah, I think I got all my stuff" he yells back.

"Okay let's roll out then" I say as we head downstairs as we see everyone there.

"Hey do y'all wanna go to the beach maybe?" I ask resting my hand on my hip.

"Sure I'm down" Jj says.

"Yeah" "Okay" is all I get from others.

"Mkay, well go get your things cause we're gonna go to Lake Michigan. And it's gonna take probably like half a day to get there"

"You all ready?" I ask. I just get a lot of yups and yes'.

"Wait how are we all gonna fit in one car?" Jack dumbingly asks.

"The bus duh" I say in a duh voice.

"You have a bus?" Carter surprisingly asks.

"You've seen my house. Don't be surprised of what I have. Plus it's more like a van and a bus mashed together"

"Okay, all y'all stay here I'm gonna go get it out of the backyard. Bubba, you lock the house" I say handing Jj my house keys.

As I take out this bus-van out of the backyard I honk the horn signaling the boys to get in.

"You driving? That's funny get out of that seat" Jj says pushing me to the seat aside.

"Well its nice to know that you love me too" I sarcastically say in a sad tone.

"Love you Lucy" he says putting his head on my shoulder.

"Love you too best friend" I say smiling.

"Let's roll out" Jack says point forward who's sitting on my right with Sammy too.

As everyone finishes putting their stuff away in the trunk we head out.

2hours later most of us are still awake.
