After our little volleyball game we decided to go to In-N-Out Burger. "What do you guys want, I'll pay for all of y'all"
"Thanks but we got it" Taylor tells me.
"No I'm paying whether you like it or not." "We got our own money."
"I'm serious, Jack's mom gave me plenty of money for the trip & I kinda sorta invited you all."
"Sure whatever" he says in defeat.
After we all order our meals, I pay & we sit down outside where the big tables are. I sit in between Jacob & Shawn & we all begin to dig in our meals.
I look around all the boys are staring at me, well except the Jacks. "Is there something wrong?" I ask with a mouthful of food.
"Wow you sure can eat" Carter remarks.
"Yeah you should see her at home" Jack G says which makes everyone laugh.
"Gee thanks Jack, it's not like I embarrass myself just fine" "No problem kiddo." I roll my eyes playfully & continue eating.
As I take a last bite of my food I notice that I'm the first one done. Like always.
"You guys are slow eaters." "Looks like you beat me again" Shawn tells me so push his arm lightly.
"I can't wait for tomorrow's Magcon" I squeal like a little kid.
"Yeah me too, performing is one of my favorite things to do."
"Hey you, Shawn & Jacob should all perform on stage tomorrow" Nash tells us.
"Yeah" everyone says & agrees with him.
"Ummmm I don't know" I truthfully say. "We've talked about this Lucy" Shawn tells me as he touches my hand.
"I didn't know you were being serious." "C'mon you all have great voices & they sure would sound better all together" Matt says "I think it's a pretty darn good idea" Jacob says this time. "I'm in" Shawn then says.
They all look at me waiting for my response. "Let's do it."
All the boys cheer & start going crazy. "Calm down now boys"
"Oh & let's not forget that Camerons 'winning team' is going to be serving us today" Hayes reminds us. "Thank you for reminding me Hayes" I high five him.
"Yeah thanks Hayes" Cameron snickers. "Did I warn you or not" "Whatever I'll beat you next time" "Sure whatever floats your boat."
We all soon start walking back to the hotel. And go to sleep for tomorrow's Magcon.
